2. If the problem with 1 solution not gone: try using phone without cover 3.free ur storage special external memoryf
4. At the end: use not microsd memory.

I like the lg k10. It's nice to handle but i have a problem with the lock screen. When i lock my phone and try to unlock it, nothing happens. The display is black and only when i put the phone on the charger the display appears. I don't know what to do.

But my phone got an update with weighed around 400MB, which I guess fixed the bug you are talking about.

Does the phone have flash light setting? This phone in America does not support data connection with either at & t or verizon, it’s a bit disappointing.

I can still access internet even without seeing the mobile data signal..
I just allow data connection and that's it! I don't know why is that so
Is it normal? It's my first time to use LG..

Have this phone for 4 months and it's still ok. Glad tgat LG released a firmware update, 404mb in size. I just hope that LG will have the K10 get the 5.0 UX in its next update though not having my hopes high in getting the Android Nougat update.

1- 2016 july Security Update!
2- phone&contacts still fast opening
3-battery seems still good (yeah it's 2300 but it's ok & works 2days for me)
4- Camera! & Camera become normal and superb in low-light / indoor
it was worst lg con that make lg k10 , a mistake to buy but now is superb
Now You can buy LG K10 it's good and could be better than it's rivals
(still no HDR that you should use Google Camera)
*the only big problem (now & before ) is speaker! for music it's ok but for call it's like
some old nokia phones such as Nokia 1280 that's sound get out from another hole!!
but it's has solution you must get phone 45 digrees but it's awww :S :S
** the other problem , is install apps on SD Card ... i haven't problem with
Because i have 16GB/2gb memory
LG K10 now is a good or amazing phone to use / buy (for it's range)

Worst Phone EVER!
Fills up the home screen with APPS and then you cannot double tap to turn off screen!
Try to turn phone off and power button and volume button take screenshots instead,
GOOGLE downloads ransomware, ( Like I was searching for an address on google, next thing boom Ransomware took over the phone demanding I pay them money)
Tmobile now claims the $50 case they duped me in to buying is what is causing the speaker to not work.
They also keep claiming I can't use WIFI and still use cellular for calls.
Reception is so unreliable, that can't get 4g in my house with the tower 500 feet away.
Except for the texting problem the LG90 optimus was way better!
