I've had my K10 for 2 weeks and it's is a lot better than a Samsung Galaxy J7 that I did have. My battery heats up some but it depends on what I am doing. For the most part it just gets warm. It runs smooth, no trouble down loading from the Internet. This phone is good for someone who just surfs or talks. Time will tell in a few months if it is still running good. I've been told by a cellphone repair shop to only look at either LG or Samsung and not to mess with anyone else. And of course with mass manufacturering you always get bad ones. I've had my share of them in the past.

Why its so hot during calls! It doesn't have notification light and just a plain simple camera.

Awesome display, super snappy and upgraded to Marshmallow instantly. Battery is pretty good. LG K10 much lighter and slimmer phone.

Anonymous, 13 Jun 2016How many people think that the lg k10 is not a good phone??... moreI purchased the LG K10 phone 3 days ago and have been having major problems that affect my not using it, for instance:
It takes doesn't keep a charge for very long, an hour at the most between using the YouTube app(vids) & phone calls. It constantly is extremely hot to the touch accompanied with a message that warns overheating.
When the phone is charging via my cigarette lighter port it can't charge because it's to hot and the same thing happens when I attempt charging it while plugged up inside my home(with charger that was included).
When I returned the phone to the provider, Metro PCS(Toledo-Secor Rd. store)today/Monday, because they're closed on Sunday's, they insisted on ordering a replacement phone to which I have to wait, 3-5 days.
They replaced the presumably, new battery to this phone with the display phone battery in hopes to rectify the overheating, but to no avail. The phone is almost useless to me.
Fifteen minutes after they replaced my new battery with the display one the phone is still overheating.
I called Metro PCS and told them I don't want this phone I'd rather by the more expensive phone, as I don't trust this one(due to the aforementioned issues, not to mention while on a Hangouts call the video screen turn went blank & displayed. pixilated) and don't I have faith in the replacement/same model that's currently on order.
I was told that's not their process and to take one step at a time, to wait for the replacement and if that doesn't work out they'll consider contacting the district manager for my suggestion of buying a more expensive phone there, but I was told that in order to upgrade to the more expensive phone I wouldn't get it at the discounted upgrade price.
I'm very disappointed and surprised at the service I'm receiving after receiving exceptional service every time I visit this particular store.
Based on the current status, there is no way I would recommend this phone to anyone, not even to an enemy. They're unwillingness to take care of this problem phone that I've been dealing with since, this past Saturday, and an additional 3-5 days without knowing rather or not the same problem I'm having now, to say the least is uncalled for, during a time when people depend on mobile phones being that payphones are almost extinct. I'm a single female without an alternate phone hoping my car doesn't break down while this phone is overheating while on the automobile charger.

My dearest....Amongst all LG,s K,s and X,s ,This LG HD K10 with reference to the budget economical price,WiFi,s,Bluetooth($150) as a midrange smartphone is good according to the specifications!!Hopefully all dearest users give their experiences with the K10 and share them with the public!HOPEFULLY,ALSO LG,S MANAGEMENT RECONSIDERS its public policy since I care about LG and some its best logical affordable products like G3 and G4!!!I must remind that even Uncle SAMSUNG the giant to prevent loosing the market to fast ascending premium Chinese products has changed its policy from the root that you evidently see in C7,P9,and P9 pro etc!!Or constant updates,upgrades of Google nexus products and Sony!Just Why!!!?Thanks all mentioned names,gsmArena,the whole public AND LISTENING LG....the lovely EX...Justice Rights.Omid12omidvar.Only Hope..

Just bought this yesterday and kinda disappointed why its too hot during calls so i have to turn on the speakerphone. There's no notification light and plain features on the camera. I just like its body and the free casing.

Would you please help me how to enable OTG support option on my LG K10 LITE?
In some websites, I've seen that by rooting the phone, thus option can be reached!
Is there anyone who did root his LG K10?
Is it supportive to OTG now??
