My phone has the mediatek mt6753 octa core chipset, much more faster than SD410.
Camera is good, atleast better than what your xiaomi has, so shut.
720p is still the choice for midrange phones like k10. Current midrange chipset market doesnt have the power to drive a full HD display. Even the iPhone 6s comes with a 720p-ish display, so midrange phones still having it isnt a problem.
Using SD card as storage is disabled by Samsung, LG, Sony, etc. Even in their high end phones.

- no OTG support
-camera is just average (low light is horrible),
-battery back up is just average (Removable Li-Ion 2300 mAh battery)
-can't move apps to sd card
-Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 (WOW) seriously? c'mon LOL
-720 x 1280 pixels (~277 ppi pixel density) (WOW)

Battery is good but it takes 4-5 hrs to charge this phone. The camera also is not that good but the audio quality from the headphone jack iis great and it is loud compare to samsung devices.

BGR made a camera comparison between redmi note 3 and k10.
Look how the K10 camera blows the redmi note 3 camera out of the water. Redmi note 3 has PDAF, wider aperture, more MP, better camera features, all the bells and whistles, etc. And yet its shots look worse than k10, which lacks all the features mentioned above.
And some kid here was telling redmi note 2 has better camera than k10. Yeah, sure thing xD
If the camera of the redmi note 3 is so bad, then redmi note 2 camera must be even pathetic.

Redmi note 3, with all camera features, PDAF, wider aperture, etc. Can't defeat the LG K10's 13 MP camera. All pics of the K10 looks much better. And you were telling me redmi note 2 has a better camera. Well.....

If there was doze, app battery optimization option would be shown in the battery menu.
Doze can be manually enabled if you put a custom ROM. I think LG purposely decided not to put doze.
What i do is enable restrict apps during standby option. My phone loses 3 percent overnight.
Actually, i feel sony's stamina mode is a lot more better than doze.

I'm in the Philippines and I got the LTE model with 2GB of RAM. It comes with Android 6.0 and runs very smoothly; however, I think LG removed some Marshmallow features like the SD card app link and probably Doze (as I observed from my battery usage).
