Both version comes with pre installed Android Marshmallow. K420n, model for Europe, have Quad-core Snapdragon 410, and 1.5GB or RAM, but comes with pre installed Android Lollipop 5.1.1, and still no update to MM..

My new k10 battery seems to drain a bit too fast. Is this normal? Mind you I just bought the phone yesterday so is this normal?

"For No Connectivity Issue"
Try changing the SIM card slot because in some dual SIM mobile phones; one SIM card supports only 2G and other slot is used for 3G/4G.
