Since day 1 this phone has had issues. Sometimes it'll go into standby and the only way to wake it up is to start charging it. Neither tapping at the screen nor pressing the power button fixes it.
When I've voiced these concerns, workers have only ever blamed apps for the issue despite it only occurring during the winter months.
The camera isn't great, but it can take pictures of notes on paper fairly well, which is my main use with it.
Charging issues happen, but I find that treating it like an SNES works well. If blowing on the charging area doesn't fix it, it's usually the usb cord's issue.
It doesn't really function as a phone so much as a pager. You may hear it ring with an incoming call, but there's a 75% chance you won't hear or be heard in that call unless you first restart the phone.
All in all this phone has given more than its fair share of headaches, I don't recommend it if you ever want to call people or if you live in a cold climate.

The predictive texting is not that great. My phone is probably a complete loss. Something happened and it is stuck in boot loop. Being I probably lost all my pictures I would not recommend this phone. Battery life isn't that great.

Pick that and then open my computer on the pc and find LG k10 under local devices. It will then give an option of device storage or sd card if you ha me an sd card that is, either way whichever you store your pictures on will have a folder named DCIM your pictures will be here

is it a good way to make color of display warmer ? to avoid eye strain ? i saw something that remove blue colors in options > access... > vision , is it really work? cause normal app that remove blue light with a dark layer and make things more orange-green Red make my eye feels bad too and even much eye strain. is it really work? cause phone animation go under 30 - 10 frames and frame lag. or better to use Blue-Filter / Night shift APPs?

Thanks again LG new security patch for this month ... after june or july ... it seems this wont give newer android expect career version , i prefer this kind of updates and fixes because doesn't put you in problem . hope give 1 more update before it's 2 year birthday - since phone gives 2 year of updates - do not sure it's right for Monthly Patches too .

You can... morei had same problem , also it's weak if upper side of phone get dark , : for stop those freeze. do not rid phone in charger when got full. i don't know what is problem for and why, is it because of android 6 ? or mediatek octa core chipset ? LG ? or just k10 ? lg phone chips has problem maybe because of that a weaker version of Bootloop .

Ok.so about probably 3 days ago i started having this fricken problem,the home and tabs buttons dont work so i have to press back till i get to home screen. Can someone plz help me. The buttons cant work at all i tried turning it off and on and nothing. Anything?

apg, 04 Sep 2017The LG K10 is the worse smartphone that I have ever had. It... moreMy one works fine. Its only ever run out of battery once and that was because I forgot to flick the switch on the plug socket. I would suggest you get a replacement phone as yours appears to be faulty.

There is an issue with the touch suddenly stopping. You can still double tap to lock/unlock but nothing else. Have to remove the battery and start it again each time

I use this phone versioned K430DSY with MT6753 processor and when I use this phone there is a disappointment that I feel.
The phone is easy to heat because the processor. Imagine, watch youtube video until playing Simcity on 4G network the heat feels on the hand until sometimes the phone turns itself off (Maybe not too hot if you use 3G or WiFi network).

After a year of using it I only have a problem with a battery. When I got alert for 10% of battery or less I have about a 2 min to find a charger.
I also don't like camera options. I don't have it, no panorama, no HDR or something else.

The LG K10 is the worse smartphone that I have ever had. It is more of a dumbphone. When you try to text it prints what it wants and in the middle of texting it blinks out. The battery doesn't hold a charge very long. And another thing is that LG doesn't stand behind their products. A very, very Bad Company to deal with. And I have had this phone for 4 months now and can't get any results from LG. Will never own an LG product again.
