Totally Sucks! I regret buying this worthless phone. It read my 32GB Micro SD Card for a week then suddenly it can't. I saw the micro sd card slot pins are criss-crossed. I tried using the card to samsung phones it is working. I tried to return it to the store, They replaced the mother board with a criss-crossed micro sd card slot pins again. I tried returning it again but they won't accept they told me to go to their main service center which is within a normally heavy traffic area which is so much inconvenient. I won't buy LG ever again.

I have strange problem with lg k10 m250. After each restarting/ power on, my brightness goes 100% & screen timeout back to 2 minutes. No matter how i change to other value, they going back to default setting. I talk to LG service center & they told me I have software problem. They flash my phone & problem still intact. Anyone face same issue? It's annoying coz I never face like this when using another phone

Marco, 24 Aug 2017South African version (LG-M250 mlv5_global_com) has no fing... moresame here LG K10 2016 model ... same hitting problem but fixed so much , when i got my first update last summer
2. the camera is very bad problem i mean focus co me on , this is disgusting for a collegian to wait more to taking focused photo and its macro is so worse... blue sky yeah it's good for garden in near distances ... and direct sunshine

I remebmer in 2016 k10 they add dsy version later make us doubt that is it fake or not. See its number of imei or simply google about it

sinayo, 05 Sep 2017I bought the phone I love it but the battery is disappointing check your warranty. Mine gives me over a day of use, with 7 hours of screen time.
