This phone is Garbage . every day for the last 3 months a service has failed visual voicemail , voicemail and my network keeps getting deleted from the device disabling my service so i am leaving metro pcs and sueing them for the cost of the phone and the lost 150.00 in service for breach of contract and sellling me 4 faulty lg k7's

Its not the worst phone in the world but it is very limited. I got it free from metro pcs so not complaining at all about price lol. I am just used to a better type of phone so I unlocked my Lg V10 and placed it in the drawer for a back up if need be.

I believe is a really nice phone for the price!!! got it for under a hundred dollars... and so far I like it... yes quality of pictures can be better but again... it's a bargain phone so.... I'll update my opinion once I have more time with it... so far so good...

priya, 10 May 2016Can anyone please tell me how to turn off the camera shutte... moreyou may need to root your phone... after that download a file explorer for rooted phone s(root browser is really good) then go to system folder wherever the sounds are located and rename the shutter sound file from .ogg to .bak that way you don't lose the file in case you need it back. I don't have the phone handy right now but will provide specific instructions once I have it... thanks

there's a way to eliminate the shutter sound, but it needs to be rooted... once rooted you can download root browser then go to system folder wherever the sounds are located in the phone and rename the camerashutter.ogg (or shutter.ogg) camerashutter.bak or shutter.bak (so that you don't lose it in case you want it back)... I'm sorry I don't have the phone with me now... will post further instructions when I have the phone handy...but it can be muted!! :)

This phone was a big mistake to get. It freezes up constantly. Im always having to take my batterty out to hang up the phone. The texting sucks its always adding words when i half to erase things its addes other words and dont spell them correctly. Ive called the service provider conxerning this issue and they keep ordering me the same phone i even offered to pay the cost of a phone if they payed half. My husband hs ths same phone and he hates it more than do i do. But his job has alot to do with bia phone
