Anonymous, 24 Jun 2016The front and back camera are perfect for that class of pho... moreIts not about megapixels or quality of the photo. But its about control on your camera, nothing iso setting (my old java phone have that), manual focus (the old LG L70 is have that), choices quality of photo (maybe someone want to take medium quality photo, not only in best quality for little storage need).
If you only use your camera for selfie or only take photo for fun. This smartphone is good. But if you a photographer that need mobile camera for fast using anf a little control for your camera (yes a little, best camera control in android is still LG g4, and maybe g5) this smartphone camera is suck.

Anyone with negative opinions about this (budget) device is ignorant. There is nothing wrong with this phone. It can handle anything you can throw at it. People complaining about bad reception are probably either living in the boonies or do not know how to properly operate it. There is no such thing as a perfect device. For all those complaining, go out and buy a $500 phone and not a budget phone.

Limited connectivity unless on wifi it takes forever to load a page. The call quality reminds me of 15 years ago where you must move around and shout can you hear me. It is loaded with unremovable and immoveable bloat ware. Battery life is very low. This phone blows through data at a rapid rate. So if you're on a limited plan, I recommend turning data off until you absolutely need it. I sent a text day before yesterday and it was still sitting on sending this morning. I was advised it has 16 GB onboard storage. It has only 8 GB, and 6.4 GB if that is used by system, leaving approximately 1.5 GB for user. The only things that can be moved to SD card are apps user downloads and that depends on app. Camera selfies gesture does not work. Taking pics outdoors is impossible because you can't see screen to focus.

Everybody complain about battery life, is it really that bad for some casual, average user? I'm in doubt between LG K8 and Samsung J3 (2016).
