In the review it says it supports album in mp3 player, but I can't seem to manage it to appear. Does anyone one how can I do this?

I have installed the supplied LG software on my pc for this phone but once it connects to the phone many features are lost. The help file states that you can write sms on the computer and send it through the phone.
But I have only been able to view messages on the PC, there is no "reply" or "send" options in the software. Has anyone else had software problems?

I got my LG KC550 two days ago. At first I was quite impressed by the features and design. That is, until I installed the software and tried to use that. I read the manual, changed the settings, and still I could not access the MP3 player on the PC. So I phoned LG and spoke to one of their consultants who asked me "Are you running Vista?". Apparently only the LG Renoir has software compatible with Vista. That's pathetic!!! Shouldn't someone tell you this in the spec before you buy!? Long story short - I've sent it back and I'm getting a Sony Ericsson W595 instead. NOT HAPPY!!

Got it for my wife birthday 1 week ago at a very cheap price €99(should have bought 2 at the time).
It is still impossible to find a 5MP photophone at this price. Good quality picture.
Funny games with accelerometer. Battery seems OK.
But we cannot find the switch off button and covers for this phone are difficult to find.

Just wondering how good the ... moreThe adaptor I have cannot be used to listen to the radio,I guess there are not enough wires in the connector to connect the antenna. It also cannot be used for TV out but it works fine with the MP3 player.

Quality look, xy-axis functionality makes gaming a giggle. Usability outperforms Sony by a long shot. Screen quality is crisp with good contrast. Battery life is sound, as are the menu fucntions and application like world times/convertor etc.

I've been looking om how to find... moreI think, when you're texting, go to options, and there should be something like insert>character, or ntry pressing the '*' button, and just create characters like :) ;) :-D , and that kind of stuff, should work.

The camera is great; the shots... morepls rate the phone performance frm 1-10, having 10 as highest..coz im planning to buy one nxt month but some comments here are really discouraging..actually seeing the unit for the first time feels like love at first sight not only because it's pink but i also felt the features are rewarding..

There are 5 pages of special characters selected by up/down on the central control. Select the one you like by pressing the key shown beside the symbol. Then OK and you will be returned to the message composition.
