Attempting to remove the writing on the front will most certainly damage the phone since the characters are more or less engraved in the front platinum strip. Not advisable I'm affraid! :-(

The writing completely ruins the whole thing for me..
Does anyone know of a way i could remove the writing [[without runing the whole look of the phone]] ?

Phone will be delivered with "Chocolate" writing on the front metal strip. What you see is what you get...

The appearance is splendid but the features lag. A toy phone you wouldn't make it your primary.

i think KE 800 is preti cool.but no 3g.buttons won't let u type in de darkness ,haiiiii....anyway when is it coming to South Africa.

hello i just bought the lg ke800
but now this is bothering the volume of the ringtones i have mp3 as tone i have ste it one volume 5 the highest but still whan someones calls me it starts from low to highh
i dont want this i want it must play direct
high loud volume 5...i have put my profile also on loud..
can someone tell me about this?

Much improved over original Chocolate - touch screen almost perfect, illumination fine in all lighting conditions.
MP3 quality very good (for a phone) - operability should be improved though.
On the downside Bluetooth compatability still poor with car kits.

The phone is really good, and its good to see LG changed the phone from the test unit (review) to the final one. and added backlight buttons and have improved the camera speeds.
However my camera takes pictures with a bit grainy effect to it
This only happens after the camera has taken the picture. I have played around with all the settings and cannot change it.
Is anyone else having problems?

oink oink im a piggy sanp!!!!!!this fone is ugly and they recked the original chocolate (almost as ugly and as crappy as my awful e900 the camera`s 17mpixel ha ha its a 8 way slide u r all jealous ha ha ha im thick i bought my fone 4 about 12p !!!!!!

I cant see the letters on the Keypad in the dark,when i want to type and send an sms.The
front panel lights up,but not the panel where the numbers and letters are.
Is there any way?
