Anyone using this phone with cellone upstate NY? I am roaming all the time on the att network with it. Is because it lacks the 850 band?

I purchased the lg ke820 and I have to say it is an excellent phone. I was not aware that it was so small and compact and when I got it I was pleasantly surprised. I love this phone it works well even though theres a little learning curve with the keys being slightly different however it works great with the t-mobile service and I love it!!

Follow the steps. Select LG phones. U will not see Ke820 but Select Kg800 and put ur cell phone number.They will TXT u the settings & will show a PIN number on the webpage.After reciveing SETTINGs Make sure to put right pin. Take Care & Enjoy.

If you can connect to tzones or your messaging features you should go to tmobile.com they have an excellent feature that enables you to input youre phone number and they send you the data that you need to connect your phone.

hey guys, i own a KE820 and ive been writing on this forum for over a month now, i've found out a bit more info about this phone... if you dial 2945#*#... it puts you in 'engineering mode' and there are a few more functions and features BUT since ive been using the engineering mode it can be VERY dangerous and change a lot of functions including a factory reset and audio sensory scan and much more.
be grateful for my help because there is no info about this phone ANYWHERE and use this extra function at your own risk

Hey. Great phone, very slick. However, I have some problems getting to certain functions. I have T-zones, as a T-Mobile subscriber, but cannot access it. When I open the browser, I get a message:Check connectivity. Then I open settings, but there are no options for this. Also, I cannot send pics. When I tried, I got a message: No MMS settings. Again, in the settings tab there are no options to get it rolling. If anyone else in the US has experienced this and could help, please let me know. The manual I got with the phone is in Italian and I cannot get it anywhere online. Thank you.

I have this phone and I'm very pleased with it. My battery life is much longer than you guys. I have around 48 hours (my phone is 8 months old).
But I'm checking for firmware or other codes and stuff to play with this phone. I've searched quit good, but couldn't find anything. Thanks!

And now what ... just 4 tones for messeges and my own i can't put. And like you sad ... I can't listen my Mp3 from the Memory card ? Or ... ?

um... i don't know what any of you are talking about, but this is a sexy phone with a lot of useful features!!! love this phone to death... its nicely designed, so its very comfirtable, and the leather case it comes with is apsolutle amazing... and its not ONLY a guy phone... it is sexy enought for a girl to have it, whatever anyone tells me, i still to my opinion!!! THIS PHONE ROCKS MY SOCKS!!! RECOMEND IT

the sound quality is nowhere near that of the sony's walkman series. i'd say the sound quality is the same, if not worse than the Nokia 6300... the good thing is that this phone comes with a remote
you can make or put whatever ringtone you want on this phone, just as long as the ringtone is stored in the phones memory... ringtones won't work from the memory card
it's a good phone for the price but not so good that there are only 4 message tones to choose from and you can't use your own tones!

you need to configure the options for messaging and internet
ask the settings to your mobile company
for mms
menu - messaging - settings - multimedia message
for internet
menu - settings - connectivity - network profile
cant change options for color numbers
i think the battery would get better after some use, at the begining it was around 16 hours now it go for 2 days
