You are right, sometimes it really happens with Prada, we made yesterday new program to improve this. You can ask some of authorize LG service center to overwrite the program. It will be in warranty frames ( free of charge). To download new program takes maximum 1 hour Kind regards

I went from a blackberry 8100 to the LG prada knowing that it wasnt going to be as functional. And i bought the phone evan after readin all the horrible reviews cause im a huge slave to brand names. Ive had the phone for two months now and i absolutely love it. I havent had any issues with it, i find it easy to txt now that im used to it, i have had no software problems, the battery life isnt the best but ill get over it [splurge on the car charger its not going to kill you].... overall it is an average phone but i never get bored of it and it looks absolutely amazing compared to any other phone.
all in all i would say it is my best phone yet, alongside my blackberry of course

i cant believe all the nasty things ppl ave said bwt the prada!! ive had mine for 8month and touch wood nothings gone wrong, it come wit a case so tht protects from scratches... as wit any phone, the touch screen if fine after a day or so getin used 2 it... as wit any phone. its so lovely and simple to use i dont honestly see what the fuss is about... tho admitadly i have had other LG products that were shockingly bad... the PRADA is GREAT!!!!!

The silver prada is just £150.00 at "dial a phone" website. Hehehe, i wonder if the viewty will become this cheap, hmm im worried, lol.

I have the same "date problem". this phone really sucks. I havent seen anything like that before.

hye, i just bought this phone through ebay 2 weeks ago and i found that this phone is quite ok. though, i still wondering how to check the space for internal memory. it's hard for me to do so and could anyone please help me.

don't even think spending money on LG products bro specially over seas phones LG wont help you at all if you have problems so watch out, ill suggest either SE o Nokia those are the only 2 manufacture i would trust for now on. i prefer SE :)

I just got this phone yesterday..... N i love it i bought it for $420 (dollars) its also what phone company you have.... with t-mobile it works perfect... with cingular it doesnt..... but its worth it

well, after reading all of these comments, i think that its pure luck. it seems some people got shitty ones, and others got perfect ones. the cheapest i can find it is for $384 (american). do you guys think its worth it?

i bought the prada about 6months ago and it is the worst phone i have ever had! for a so called designer iconic phone it is practicly all plastic it feel's so cheap and scrape's really easy i would suggest throwing it away and bumping your insurance

i have the same problem man. thats what it would do only the answer and end keys would light up for a bit and it be just pitch black, it wont even charger its a bummer that LG wont help yhou at all unless you are in the market where this phone is available its just simple crap!
