hi, my friend's prada broken and i have no idea what to do. the screen wont turn on. the only thing that happens is that the call and end keys illuminate, then those turn off too. does anyone kno how to fix this problem??

this is a very simple touch screen phone.
but looks very cool . if u need more features go SE or Nokia. tats my advise

Im very sadded to say this phone is the biggest heap of crap ever!! im up to my third one and its been four month since i got it. im very disappointed as i thought prada at least would only put their name towards a good phone. the sad thing is i will never buy a lg again!!! When i went back to the stor they told me yer its pretty crap why didnt they have the guts to tell me when i bought it??? Very big disappointment!!

I am in Jamaica and I use the LG Prada...its a wonderful phone with good reception, except that the screen freezes sometimes. My first prada phone froze and I had to return it. For all who dont know how to use the features,the phone actually comes with a manual. It's not that detailed but it will help you as you go along.

i bought the prada a few months ago and it's working perfectly fine for me. if you bought the phone overseas then it's your fault for choosing a phone that has to be imported. never had any freezes, battery lives for about 3-4 days and i have never had a single problem with it either.

Ok seriously LG is by far the worst cell company outhere. why? here is why: Prada phone worst phone ever it freezes alot it wont power on at all wont take the charge period thats only happy after 3 months bull crap? hmm kinda but more bull* is LG i call them asking for assistance o for a repair center Lg said that do to this phone is over seas they don't cover o repair it here in the states. hmm so how in the world can the consumer us get costomer service from big big company like lg that makes about every crap on earth can't get little assistance from the product that themselves make. They want to keep the customer happy but what they really doing is upsetting them more and more like myself, I am done with LG ill never buy o recomend it worst costomer service they don't take care their costumer around the world, LG should stand for LOOSERS GANG! so if your planning on buying a LG think 5 times, you will regret it every sec of it. for a company that shut you down and don't help you at all does not diserve our business at all. F lg!

i brought 2 plastic/clear cases...they all break after few hours!! so i just use full body screen protector. So the cell won't get scratches. And the phone looks great too!~~

I just bought the Prada phone. I do like it but the battery is not very good. I have to charge it like every other day and I am not even using it that much. It also has bad reception in Canada.

i posted an opinion saying the 'prada' was rubbing off, i now have my second plastic cover/case for my phone but they crack and break so easily so i might get a silicon one, though they look ugly it will protect my phone. does anyone know of any plastic covers/cases for the prada that dont crack after one day?

use other cases. like clear one or silicone one. Or the best is screen protector full body just 20$. Sold worldwide
then your cell will NOT scratch!!
