I can't download any music. I don't know if the problem is my phone or my network. My settings are done but still not working. Please help me.

Hey...I'm a guy that bought the Shine...it's not a bad phone at all and I can't really agree with too many of the concerns...the most irritating challenge that I have had is that you can not see the screen in the outdoors...especially with sunlight.. the message tones are really nothing special...wish you could personalise them...i finally figured out how to use the memory card...you have to transfer the information from the phone directly to the memory card...it didn't work any other way i tried...i think women would prefer this phone because it's actually a mirror only in the outdoors...all in all i would give the Shine a 3 out of 5...Hope this was a little helpful

- not shown the name in the incoming sms!!!

This phone it's built whith software problems. I have one and it's the 5 time when it's in service. They don't solve my problems whith the software

Yesterday i prolongued my kpn network service and i choose the LG shine as my free phone. I must say i love the phone, but the software and menus and stuff are crap!! For a device that's still this expensive more than a year after it's release i thought more of it, but that's me. Still a nice body. :)

you need to tell the LG operators in Ikeja Lagos Nigeria to help me repair my LGKE970 phone. it has a screen problem and each time i take it there, they keep telling me to come back in two weeks time that they have not been authorized to repair it. please your urgent attention is required to this issue. i love the phone and i need to be happy am using it.

I just got back in the states and ordered the LG Shine online a few days ago. I found it the cheapest at CellularBooth.com for free plus 50 bucks cash back!
I didn't have to pay anything for the phone and got it in the mail today. I don't know if I'll get my 50 rebate check in a few months, but the phone is sa-weeeet!

I bought this phone a week ago in the gold tone- so far evrybody loves it. its really unique and offers a break from those that flood the market. Not for a tech-head but is still a goodbuy fers of beauty, aesthetics and simplicity.

i have this phone and have been using it for about half a year now. I really wouldn't recommend it because:
a)the vibrate is very hard to sense(nothing compared to my old SE)
b)the ringing is very soft
c)i've been trying to find a decent software to save my texts onto my comp for quite sometime now, and i've found a lot of softwares that work on many other models but not this one
d)the reception on this phone is very bad!!! (i'm sure it's not my network's fault because i've tried the same spot with a different phone)
Besides the outward appearance of this phone, I really don't find myself satisfied with any other parts of it...

Hi, i'm interested to purchase this phone,cuz it's really cute@!!!! Is it easy to use the internet like the palm ? Cuz i have the Rokr E1, and it's kinda sucky. Where can i find a website that cells the LG shine, and will it be able to use it in South America ?
