What is the port on the side of the phone for? Just above the headphone one. Is it for the non-existent usb cable? It doesn't say in the manual.

i bought this phone and it was great plus cheap
i loved it and i bought the 2gb memory card and worked perfectly

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE IT FOR EVERYTHING (like mp3 etc) I got this phone and i thought the mp3 would be so good. as soon as i got my 1gb micro sd memory card, i tried to bluetooth my brothers songs onto mine.
everytime i did it, it said "not enough memory" that means its coming from my internal memory which is a silly little 5mb one. i moved everything i could on my phone onto my memory so i could have more internal memory space. the max i could get was 3995kb. my brothers songs were at least 5mbs. i found it impossible to bluetooth any song more than 3995kb, so luckly he had a song that was only 3.2 mbs. so i bluetoothed it. i went to listen to it, and what do you know. the sound coming out of the phone was smaller than anything ive ever heard. i looked all over the internet and could not find anything to change everything i get bluetoothed into my memory card. it is impossible. bluetooth is useless on this phone (kg290) please for your own sake do not buy this bad bad phone.

Had trouble with opening the back cover. Once I closed it there was no going back! Had to prise it open from the corners with a needle!To transfer music and tones would buying a micro SD card and micro SD USB reader be enough instead of trying to find a USB cable to connect with?

i've been using this fone for a month now...i love my mobile..i can do anything.
i haxve mxit.mig33..a memory card and i have more than 50 songs.
my radio isn fu=ine .the camera is good..
guys this is a cheap fone for wat it has..
if u dnt like,it dnt buy it..rather than complain

The specification available on internet show "USport" but the set is without data cable and the most important is that due to very small shared memory we cannot use bluetooh and it give error "not enough memory" and it means bluetooth is useless in this set(kg290).

Do not buy this phone, display is so weak that if you lightly push on something it goes off!!!
Mine was been broke after two months..
I never broke a phone in 15 years this is the first !!!
LG says it happens....but I think it's not acceptable !!

dont buy this mobile bcaz i buyed this mobile and after 5days it fell from my hand and the screen got blind and not can be displyed. and this happend same with my cousin who had a lg kg 195 but the phone fell from his hand and hit the ground but it was in good condition on ly it got scratches on its body. this mobile only has advance features than lg kg195 but lg kg 195 has 64mb internal moemory and has a external memory card slot

1. Cute phone but not enough memory for me
2. The call button and other buttons froze and I had to get it repaired SO GET A GUARANTEE!!!
