well ive had this phone for about 6 months
it has worked great up to now but recently the past 2 weeks ive been having HUGE problems
the screen freezes
the red touchscreen buttons dont work
the camera is completely ruined (just shows solid green screen)
it freez's and turns off
AND I HAVNT DROPED IT
im going to go this weekend and go back to the store

Oh, and i recommend ALOT this phone. Doesnt have Much memory but at least u can put 40 Songs, Who hears 40 Songs in a day?? Idk, but not me.... U can easely change the Songs, The Software is really crap so , its better to do it DIRECT. I can tell u how to put Java Games and Apps on it. Very easy. LG Made a Good Job with this phone, dropped it accidentally 3 times and absolutely nothing happened. Love this Phone. Stylish.

Umm, Well, first, take your phone to verizon, and tell them you want the Newest FirmWare for your chocolate. They will friendly install it and thats it! (Mine was with the newest FirmWare). (On messages u have to use default ringtones) I think. Oh, u can also download the firmware at SoftPedia. (It A LOT BETTER if they install it at Verizon because if it ruins, they will give u another.... they broke it, they pay it. =D

Disappointing..really.I've had this phone for almoust 2 months and i have problems with the calls, can't hear it when it dials.The design isn't everything :(

its strange as people have mostly put bad comments i think it varys on the place you bought i tfrom as mine has never had any problems never frozen or the battery is great but all you lot say this is the worst fone its si not a mans fone i fiink because it is for smmall fingers to touch the touchpad does anyone agree?

well actually i have had this fone quite a while and i have been very impressed as its has suffered war and not one thing has been wrong with it ! it has falling from my window onto the pavement froma 2nd fllor flat and hasnt let me down once although i fink thst therew should be a mp3 on it and accept from that i finnk its brill

This is a useless phone!! ive had to take it back 3 times already and i havent even had it a year!! it freezes and turns off, the colour has become all smeared (and i dnt even drop my fone) and you can hardly hear out of it!! its terrible lol DONT BUY IT!!

If you know how to get speaker phone and different ring tones for messages can you explain how to! Because ive had the phone for a few months and mine cant! By the sounds of it neither can anyone else. so it would help alot

I am very conffussed, i bought this phone yesterday, (Kg800) Withouth Memory Stick Slot.
People and this review said it has not SpeakerPhone, IT HAS! People said you cant change message ringtone, YOU CAN. People said that you cant send Mp3 from the folder, U CAN! Why are u telling this? I already made the things u said u ''cant'' do........ Really Strange......

its good. yet not successful. it sometime switch off unknowly while on work. i thing its a good for for u if all the problems has been solved and a card slot added to it.

Fair enough the phone looks good, but it is useless!
I have had to send my back for repair a few times due to it constantly freezing and switching itself off.
THe camera quality is patchy at best and my hanset wont even show me pics i have taken unless i use them as a wallpaper

I got this phone on a contract and it broke in about 5 months - i didnt drop a phone once but it started to turn off randomly after about 2 months, after 2 more weeks the screen started to go blank, and then i went camping for the weekend and left it on the table overnight and it got water damage (i guess from the morning mist?) and after that the only thing that worked on the phone were the red buttons, while the screen and keypad did not work at all!! i was very disappointed since i spent $100 just to have this phone with 3 year contract now i need to buy a brand new phone..
also, it doesnt let u send files via bluetooth if they are in mp3 folder, plus u cant set the files that are in ur mp3 folder as ringtones...
messed up phonebook
quiet volume and weak vibrator..
i dont know bout u but id never buy this phone again..

for all people who has problem with battery life with this phone just turn OFF powersaving becoz it is so lame my phone battery used to last for only 2 days with minimal use but now i turned off powersaving and set the brightness of the screen to 60% or 40% (as you like) and voila !!!!
my phone battery lasted for 4 days now without recharging ,, try it and tell me

Ive had this phone for about 6 months now, sure its not feature crammed, but thats not what gets you noticed is it?!
Im using the 8800 sirocco now, but i still go back to the chocolate every now and again cos its just so cool looking!

well i baught this phone a while ago and i am very disappointed in it due to it keep freezing when i am using it and when i am on the phone it just cuts out. the battery doesnt even last long so i have to keep charging each day. if i could i would go and get my money back i would.
