I think that in general this phone is okay. But it does tend to freeze up sometimes, and then other times the touchpad won't work. It's camera is average, but good for it's price. I don't reccomend people to buy this handset

iv had this ph for a yr and have taken it into repairs 3 times now because the audio is that bad i cant hear calls they can hear me tho and cuts out. missed calls dont appear. No snooze on the alarm which is annoying. sometimes the alarm doesnt even go off. the longer i have the phone the worse quality the camera gets. eh i hate it

Iv'e had this phone for just about 4 mnths now, i havnt had any technical problems so far, so thats good. But I wish it had more memory, and speaker. Oh, and it would be nice for the ringtones to be a bit louder too. But otherwise, its a sexy, stylish phone, im happy with it.

In the UK box for the phone it comes with the PC software and a USB cable. Box content can be country specific though.
To the person asking for an honest opinion as to whether or not to get one -
I wouldn't. I work in a phone shop and have regularly advised people not to get the phone. We have had a large number come back to us as faulty, the main fault being that the screen only shows white or blank when the slider is open. I think there are better phones out there that look just as good and are far more reliable.

I had this phone for over a month. At first, I love this phone for the stylish design, but there are 3 things I don't like about it. 1) The battery life's not good 2)Since the navigation keys are sensitive, it's easy to touch a button that we don't want by an accident 3) the vibrate mode is not very good, if I put chocolate on my casing, it won't vibrate. there are a few things you should think about, before buying this phone, But If you want design, LG Chocolate's the best!

This is a nice phone, but after a couple of months on both mine and my friends the touch buttons stopped working. Easily scratches, and screen is super sensitive, mine freezes and turns white.

The phone looks great but the battery lasts only a day and the bigger battery isn't much better. There is no snooze button, you can only send a group text to 6 people at once and when the phone is on silent the alarm won't sound, so I can't sleep and not get disturbed if I need the alarm on. Its frozen on me a couple of times and I had to turn the phone off and rempove the sim card to reboot it. The other thing is I can't store peoples pictures in the phonebook and the manual doesn't explain and the staff at Vodafone who sold me the phone couldn't tell me either. My hands free has never worked either.... The slim design means ease of carrying in pockets is great but the above mentioned things make it a bit annoying!

At only 4 months old, it would not turn on, charge or anything. It was sent away for repairs and came back 4 weeks later. Not a good phone compared to what is out there.

I've had my kg800 choc. a couple of months and NO problems at all. I wish it had speaker phone though.

well i have been searching on the internet for info about this fone....there is alot of negative feedback and alot of good...i am thinking about getting one but i need someone to truthfully tell me if it is a good buy or not....

i just had this phone.. and I could say that it is a nice phone..if your looking for a slide up phone with camera then this would fit u.. and it is really stylish...

My choco white is now 2 months old!! it's great .. i hadden't had any problems with it. it's very chic and atracts attention. i am happy with my phone. :X:X

sorry to say this but to share some truth and advice with u,this phone it sucks it does not have any of this ,3g,loudspeaker,radio and it has poor software.pls go for nokia u won"t regret.i once have it.

I have replaced mine three times so far and I need to replace it yet again. The battery life sucks. The touch sensitive screen is erratic. While listening to messages sometimes my cheek will touch the buttons and the phone goes crazy. It turns off every time I plug in my headphones. Six months with this phone and I am still not used to the touch sensitive screen- it was just a bad idea. DO NOT buy this phone.

this phone is hot... the only thing that i wish it had was a speakerphone...besides that its very handy with the bluetooth....its stylish and eye-catching...

Hey I just bout this phone a couple of weeks ago, it's not bad. Battery is a little disappointing, if you use it frequently then you will find it a bit of a stretch to last even two days, but apart from that... it's a nice, stylish little phone.
Something I was wondering - does this phone have speaker phone? Does anyone know? Because I haven't figured out how to activate it yet.
All help/advice appreciated.
