I liked it until the screen started blacking out and whiting out and now when i slid it open i have two mini screens at the top .... it turns off by itself and misses text messages and phone calls .... its a useless pice o crap

it is a great fone. it can hold about 30 songs, but u can put is as a ringtone. use the usb cable to get then free from computer.

I dont really like this fone. I work in a store that sells fone and I know all the features of this fone and to be honest, its not all of that. Its just stylish. I prefer the Samsung D820. That has more features than the LG anyday.

its useless
the music gets deleted off on its own
i cannot save anything without the phone going balistic
it switchess off on its own
i only have it for 6 months now...

hy i just got the phone and i love it. it is very classy and chic. i hope it will last me a long time because i take real good care of it. the mp3 is awesome. and you can put your own headspeakers. well.. that's it. and for those how are unsatified : you knew that this phone is more sensitive than others so stop complaining it's your choice!

ok my opinion then,,this is my second fone now as first one kept swithching off so it went for repair this after 4 weeks 1 day. Got it back and after 3 days use screen going white then nothing so remove battery and restart..Carfone sent me new one pretty quick which unusual,,but faulty screen just goes white and swithches off,,,it does this often but its not only that,,wen in town or busy place buttons are nightmare getting texting right and so frustrating feel like bursting into tears with it..I think battery is poor and in cold weather and bright light useless,,This fone looks nice and thats it its a gimmick,,if you are a texter forget it like i am and my mother is fed up of seeing me in such a mood,,The fone is not working now so have to take off battery again but thats it getting another one and going for pink razer one that i originally had at least i know it will work for me if they still make them i dont know..Feel better now and less headaches now im getting a working fone.

Hi i really like this phone and planning on getting it but i would just like to know why everyone says its so bad? how many songs can you have on the phone and can you set your own music as a ringtone? pleaseee reply as i love this phone but dont want to deal with a lot of problems

I work in a phone retailer. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. It is the worse phone I have ever used and everyone who buys one hates it. It also breaks down ALOT. It is a HEAP OF CR*P.

i would definately recommend a SE phone, in fact any other phone out there would be a better choice then this i believe...
this is a classy looking phone and all, but that is all you get. you cant really personalise it much compared to SE phone... you can't change the theme and the ringtone of this phone...

this is so far the 3rd phone that i had and i really regreted buying it.... its a total waste of money!!
i have to admit that the phone looks really cool and i really love the touch screen. the phone design is really great, but the function sucks...
firstly, how the hell are you going to use your phone in the dark when there is no backlight for the keypad! and the keypad is sooo insensitive that smsing is really a big problem for me... and my T9 dictionary cant seem to remember more then one word. it always forget the previous word when i key in a new word into the dictionary...
and for those who have a habit of using your handphone as an alarm clock, think twice... you'll have to pray that no idiots call you in the middle of the night cus you cant put the phone on silent as it silence out the alarm too...
so bottom line is... this phone is not worth buying. i would prefer my first phone (Z200) over this crap.

absolutly sexd up fone.i luv it man.the camera clarity is very clear and also mp3 is up to expectations.dunno why ppl dont lik it.
the only thing i dont like is it grabs all the attention!!!

what are the settings so you can send picture msgs. i got the phone in car phone ware house and it is intended for 02 network and have my vodafone sim in it but i cant sent pic msgs!!!

This LG KG800 chocolate phone is "A" grade CR*P
ive had problems since day 1!!
i ve had it sent away fixed on several occassions and they replaced it!! and ive just waited one month to get it back from repairs again and they've formated it so i cant even get into it!
The key pad is useless and the speaker dies out and comes back in when it feels like!!
LG the company dont even want to know about you when u call up!!!
DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!!!!!!
YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

Coming from somebody who works in a well known phone retailer in the UK... Repairs turnover on these is quite high. Personally I think it's the way people use their phones but this does seem to have V. sensitive software...
