i have no idea what you are all complainging about.
i got this phone yesturday in black.
its a great phone and the touch pad is greta its really user friendly and is great value for the price.
if u go on virgin 10 a month for 24 month phone end up costing u $240. wich is great price.
the only downfall i can see is it attracts fingerprints wich are easily wiped off.
grab this phone its well worth it.
who said lg cant make phone pfffft

I jz got this phone yesterday and so far so good...the pads are sensitive but if you know how to use it (like lock the pad).. it's perfectly fine! I love the style.. Can someone tell me if this phone has loudspeaker option and how to access it??? Thanks :)

Sexy phone. but that is about it. iv had this fone about 3 months and it has been playing up already. the screen crashes everytime i slide it up.
my advice is stay well clear

yup right dont waste ur money for this cellphone, i just got it like a month ago now it's dead, keypad to small hard for text messaging, for some reason often froze dunno why, did u guys have de same problem with me, if u makin call and it wasnt thru than it froze?

Yes the keypad does light up but only if the power saving option is switched off. U can do that by going to the settings menu.

This Phone does not have a mind of its own, you people just have fat fingers. The phone does not randomly freeze, and the buttons work just fine. Maybe being more careful with a £280 pound phone might help ? Like Mine 8 months l8r its still working better than ever !

lg chocolate kg800 is one of the best cellular of lg's the problem is the mega pixel there are 1.3 MP that's insufisant but the remaining is good

had mine since christmas. Has a mind of its own, true.. keeps going up when i press / touch down, and has a problem with the signal.
if i could do it all over again, id still by it.

Worst phone i've ever had, i'm on my third one! the first one had kept cutting off, the second one had a mind of its own and kept dropping calls, the third one is not responsive to touch at all! very disappointing, cos the design is top drawer!

Its a really good phone and nothing is wrong with mine. Well one thing is my ringtones if they are over 100kb they dont work. Or sometimes it comes up not supported is this just my phone everything else if fine
