I am very dissapointed with this phone, only had it a month and from the first day a complete disarster. I am trying to sell it.

i've just bought my chocolat 4 months ago. at first it looked great, amazing, but passin the time, the battery didn't last mor dan 2 days, and i didn't play wit it, watch video or listen mp3, and i turn off on nights.
it looks good, but not worth the bad performance...

This phone looks nice. Nothing more.
My father bought it a week ago and he's now trying to sell it.
It is very sensitive, and after a week of use it doesn't flip smoothly.
The most serious thing is the problems with the software and connectivity.
I had installed the drivers to my PC but when I was trying to connect it my PC could only recognise it as a mass storage device or any device 1 out of 10 attemts.
I sent it back, they changed the chip, it wasn't that. They sent me a new cable, I had better results but not much.
I was putting some java applications in it in order to install but it could't do that!
I suggest this phone only to ones who only care abt appearance.

Wow! What a stylish looking phone - 10 out of 10 - BUT - What a total disappointment with its network/signal coverage!!! Oh, it is hopeless. Love the looks, love the size of the screen and the type face - BUT TOTALLY HOPELESS RECEPTION!! I have sent mine back and have exchanged for the Sony Ericsson 800 i!!! Bad luck LG - Sarah

This phone is a users nightmare, it is too sensitive and as a result keeps skipping menus, you cant download a mp ringtone. This phone sucks

I love the design of this fone. It looks very elegant. The problem is, I really love having lots of music in my fone that's why I opt for buying phones with memory card slots. I wish that soon lg will remake this chocolate fone with the memory slot.

reet mate i got the phone about 2 dayz ago i fink its wicked mint uno i fink all the peeps who says its a chav phone are soooo sad just coz they cant afford 1 , i fink its a mint phone 1 prob sumtimes uno ur at school and it goes off and its in ur bag u cant hear it man uno dood howd u turn the sound up ?

I really like this fone. Its a dead girly one and looks great. OK, it is annoying when you physically have to put the caps on each time, but lets face it....... who is grammatically correct in their txt msg's??? Only problem I can't seem to overcome is - how do I set an MP3 msg tone? Anyone know? I can set it for ringtones OK, not having any problems with that, but dunno how to set a different msg tone and the four that are already on it are sh*t

I have aquired this phone for my good lady, we have tried selecting an mp3 for the ring tone and it reverts back to the preset ringtone each time, anyone else had this problem? any suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong?

if you all think the LG choclte is so bad, then go for the samsung e900 which has all the same features and more like flight mode so you can use ur phone on a plane, and listen to MP3's. now that i look at the LG KG800... i think i love my phone even more. The E900 has a card slot and the lot.

I have had my phone for 1 month and since day 1 has given me endless hassels, I wont sell this phone for R100.00 I would feel to guilty. The slide part, hangs to the right, its to touch sensitive, so cuts off while you on a call, while u trying to type an sms it jumps around the menu. When you trying to look up a contact, you have to open and close the phone about 3 to 5 times. Battery lasts two days max, screen distorts, and 4 menu's is split on the screen. Displays incorrect time, open and close a few times then the correct time is displayed, merely holding the phone and breathing makes it jump from one menu to the next, absolute madness. Do yourself a favour and DONT BUY IT!!!!!

This phone is the nuts, i havent got a clue how that 1 retard broke it within 2 weeks, if you cant look after a phone you probably shouldn't have 1. To assign MP3's as ringtones you need to set GROUP ringtones as all the contacts on the phone are arranged in groups :-/, the only problem i have had with the phone so far is not being able to add photos to my contacts. anyone else having trouble with this?

Well,I bought this phone and so far it's great.People must stop bitc..ng and mourn.ng and just enjoy this great chocolate phone.You knew before buying this phone that it didnt have a lot of features,so why fuss??? before buying the phone one should take time to read full specifications about the phone on the internet, if it's not what you looking for then buy something with feature you require. I say big ups to LG Mobile, this is the best phone ever!!!

Great phone, everybody love chocolate, but it could use infrared radio and card slot. It would be better if it had those three features.

can anyone tell me how to delete recent recipients from your last messages if you write a new message, it asks u do u want to write new, or previous?when u choose previous your last recieved message comes up even when u have deleted before. How do I then delete that last message?anybody could check my last messages!. I need privacy.
