Does anyone know how to get MIDI or polyphonic ring tones onto this phone?
I've uploaded midi files and phone doesnt recognise them.
It only allows me to use the default polyphonic ringtones that came with phone.

I have t-mobile this phone will not detect my network. i have tried to do it manually and search through the list of networks and i still get nothing. can anyone help me?

OMG, this phone sucks.. it looks great but no speaker phone, gets scratched easily, confusing structions, not heat sensitive, camera is slow, my keypad no longer lights up so i cant make phone calls at night or in the car bc i cannt see, no one can help me replace this because they do not manufacture this piece of crap here .. what can i do now? im stuck with a defected phone and i paid 300 dollars for it.. HELP..

okay the whole process:
before plugin it, go to Menu -> Settings (9) -> Connectivity (5) -> Removable Disk (2) -> dial 0000 as the password -> Data Transfer (1) and wait a lil bit until it appears "Removable Disk" as the title.
Than you plug the USB to your phone and Windows will recognize it as a normal storage drive.
Put your music in the music folder.
And that's it!

yeah, how can I change the numbers color? the default colors are so gay...

n i found out that it does not have the card slot i mean that sux bt i still like it
but can anyone please tell me how to upload mp3 i mean the whole process like after connecting the phone n usb.........then wat u do....plus it doesnt even tell u abt it in the book....u can email me the whole process plz i need help

The MP3 player works fine. You connect it to a comp. then open windows explorer and drag the music you want over to the music folder

U need to use the connectivity - Removable Disk function to transfer music and pictures taken from the phone ... took me a while to find it out but its all good... The transfer of music and picture files work like a thumbdrive... if it doesnt work the first time try again and the default password for the removable disk is 0000

Hmm... Very simple... I am not an employee or whatever for LG or any phone place for that matter... This phone is my fave... One...There is a speaker which you can hear your mp3's... I heard someone comment about that...
Here's the big one... Mp3 transfer is simply done with Bluetooth to Bluetooth... Either get a new comp with bluetooth or two get a bluetooth to plug into your usb... Then connect the phone to pc and you're set...

It looks great BUT, when it rings it's not loud enough, it's impossible to get the pictures from the phone to the computer using the USB cable and there's no way to load mp3 songs if not from another phone using the BLUETOOH option.
After a month of use LG had to give me a new one because mine was already presenting technical problems.
Really wish i could return it.

Just got this phone, great design, but a few problems which are important;
no snooze-button on the alarm!
very little memory
no speaker
multicoloured numbers on display when dialling-no option to remove
I'll probably find more as I get to know it better. Can someone please tell me if there is a snooze button!!?

I have the same problem with trying to get my mp3 songs from my pc to hp. I tried evrything with the mobile agent. Someone please help!!!!!!!!!

hi, would appreciate if someone can tell me how to transfer mp3 from pc to hp and how to save pics in hp to pc. the LG mobile agent doesn't seem to be able to do that. thanks.

the reason for the giant coloured numbers when u type in numbers is so that you can distinguish what you're typing easily.
Number with duplicates can be hard to figure out sometimes.
