Have you tried transferring another set of pictures from another computer? Because the file being transferred from the specific computer is the one causing the problem. If you're still having the same problem even after trying another computer, you might try to check your firmware.

my lg phone is just a day old. when am trying to go to gallery to view the pictures that i transfered from my computer, it automatically turns off. tried several times but its just doin the same thing. am afraid there's something wrong with it. its so unusual. should i bring it back to the store to have it checked?or is ther something i can do manually

I super love this phone. It have all the things I need. The only thing that bothers me is that my threaded view is not in proper order. How am i going to fix this? HELP PLEASE!

i bought a bnew km555e i have a problem almost every time i turn the wifi on and leave the phone idle for about two hours and try to turn off the wifi again it displays bluescreen. i need to take off the battery to be able to use it again. is anyone experienced it and have it solved?

You can have it checked but I guess the battery will definitely last for 2-3 days. It seems like LG should come up with a firmware version that will lessen the energy consumption of the phone when processing is needed like wifi and playing music/games.

Phone is great.. i can view youtube videos, browse facebook (though unable to play flash games), browse the internet using my linksys router. checked the latest firmware and so far as what LG Update said, the current firmware version is v10b... the only downside is its battery life.
Have you encounter heating problem when using this phone for a long period of time? I've browsed and play music for about 2 hours and i felt something strange... it produces heat even when you charge it. The longest battery life I've experience is only 2 days. I did not encounter this in my old Nokia xpressmusic 5310. Do i need to return this to the store where i bought and let them have a check on it? The phone is still 4 days old now....

Have you tried using another browser like opera? You can also try accessing your router gui via the browser to check if you're able to get a successful connection from your router.
