It's a convenient phone but the battery lasts for one and half day only. It's so frustrating to have spare battery because it's not available even in LG Centers. By order only and with questionable price, they can't tell you how much! Pls, make the battery of this phone accessible to the users.

My mom has this phone and everything is good except for the battery life. She only uses this phone for calls and text messaging and she still has to charge it every day.
Also, the touchscreen isn't that sensitive; sometimes you really have to press hard on the screen to do something.
