is there a booklet written in english, i got this flashy phone as a gift and is findig it hard to work with as i am in jamaica and do not read another language. my phone is now showing in my contacts a four repeat on one of my contact. please help me solve this problem

The sound is low, the picture quality is ok.... not the best. I had the phone for about 3 weeks now and the reaction time to the slide up has diminished a bit. the reaction to the roller is also a bit slow.

I have been using the phone for over 6 months now and all I can really say is that I have been more disappointed than anything. I bought the phone simply because of its good looks, a decent music player & reasonable price.
Apart from these, this phone simply has nothing to offer: absolutely no battery life, no assignable touch keys(its really annoying as a slight drift of your finger may cause the music player to turn on & the music start playing anywhere) and most importantly I still cant seem to get the internet to work here in Canada. I dont know how you figure it out with the settings, if anyone knows, please let me know.
After reading the negative comments posted here, I would have to agree with almost all of them. Yes, its extremely slow and I have experienced numerous software issues with the phone turning off by itself. Yes, the camera mode doesnt have an exit button and you have to close the phone and its get annoying real fast.
There really isnt one good thing about this phone that I can really think of right now, well, apart from the flashy illuminated keypad if only you're a fan of that.

I have to agree with amir on some of the issues raised. customising the set is not easy.
Sometimes my phone sounds like its raining when i'm making a call, sometimes it also vibrates into my ears, anybody experience that? is something wrong with it?
Otherwise I do have some degree of liking for it,itis funky and I do stand out since nobody around me has it, in fact, I doubt whether it has reached my country- somewhere in Africa.

Anyone else notice that the camera mode doesn't have an exit option? I have to press the C button or the red hangup button on my number pad. IF i use the camera when the phone is closed, i have to open it and close it again just to exit the camera mode...
