been using this crappy mobile for abt 4 months today slammed on the wall..it keeps freezing, going nuts,poor responsiveness,worst firmware..no batt standby time,, nothing good abt it, except display clarity!! dnt buy this stuff!!

nawaz, 15 Jun 2011i have been using this phone for 3 months without any probl... moreThe problem you are facing is due to the screen guard or may be...I'm not sure but I faced the same problem...remove the screen guard and try making calls....if it works then put a new screen guard and make sure the screen guard does't cover the sensors in the screen...

It is packed with so many cool features like silent recording, music is awesome and that's the only reason I cant get rid of this phone. Easily heats up on long calls and internet usage so batt drains in 8 hours. LG should seriously consider releasing a better version of this phone KM 900...touch is great but heats up..

I've had this phone for a few months. It is packed with functionality and style, but it's no good at the basic things you would expect from a phone.
- it hangs randomly, even if you are not doing anything.
- it will randomly indicate "emergency calls only" until you turn it off and remove the battery.
- display has excellent definition, but is is completely useless outdoors (and not even in direct sunlight), goes completely black.
- battery lasts at most 2 days if you use the phone moderately.
- veeery sloooow phone. It is tedious to wait seconds for anything you want to do. Could it be the firmware version? Anyway the software app. or the LG website don't offer any true help on firmware upgrade.
- the phone locks when you are holing it next to your ear, which is correct, but if you need to dial an extension, unlocking it is too slow and complicated.
- camera is good and with many configuration options, but it will fire the flash even if you tell it not to. It will hang every now and then.
Bottom line: really disappointed. I will go for something with less features but more stable, fast and easy to use.

This phone has good hardware spects though the OS could be better. Wish i could port android to my KM900

I used dis fone 4 a week,no long b4 the fone fell inside the water,immediately i remove the battery n then spread the fone.it took some time b4the fone could switch on back.fortunately i switch it on and it worked but it didnt receive any sim card again,only the lg switch on logo was on it and that bothers me a lot.I decided to visit an engineer to help me repair the fone,Its been 7 months now since the fone as been with the engineer.they said the fone need some software and can been downloaded on their website,till now i have not heard any thing from the engineer concerning my fone.please help me solve my problem.
