had my phone for about 3 weeks but it was already repaired once" hughe dissapoinment with LG, the phone keeps going on/off without any reason, battery life terrible,YOUTUBE app.gives me a not SUPPORTED FILE message, No support or even an update to correct any of these issues,ARE YOU KIDDING ME? the phone is almost as expensive as the IPHONE, will I recommend LG products again? not so sure at this point,NO SUPPORT.....????
every phone no matter what brand should have the option to update its firmware by itself......specially if it has glitches, come on ENGINEERS/DESIGNERS have some pride....
SORRY GUYS,BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS PHONE INSTEAD OF HTC,IPHONE OR SAMSUMG.
unless LG can come up with a software update!!

guys! can anybody tell if the phone charge over usb i mean does it charge the phone when you connected to the computer? please Arena owners answer me :-)

Battery life is poor. Low battery message came on after using less than a day. Light usage on voice calls, and synchronising emails every 15mins. Much worse than E71.
Does not synch with outlook very well. Numbers in certain fields in outlook is not recognised in the phonebook and as a result if someone rings or sends SMS then the name does not come up.

The phone is good rather than the music categorising issue. It seems that LG arena is uable to sort artiste, albums correctly when syncing with Windows media player or music monkey.
It is a known problem posted users on some mobile phone forum. What kind of rubbish music phone is that when it is pitching as a music oriented phone. BTW, it also can't display album art correctly as well. Hope that LG will sort this out in the new firmware soonest.

Is this phone good? im considering to buy this phone to use thogh im using an iphone and a htc cruise. is this phone better than what im using? i thought of buying an iphone for my bro too but maybe i would consider this. please tell me if this is good.

Why Gsmarena does not speciefied the tipe of inside proccesor.Same strange attitude on the LG site.Maybe it is not an AMD Infineon 600 Mhz like someone said.U guys who bought it, have u observed in the box or somewhere else any clue about this?Thanx!

I had problems typing on the qwerty on the shop's demo model, but after a few goes at home after buying it, you soon adapt to it. Ideally, if it were to be great for tap typing, the screen size would be at least 6 inches, but then that would defeat the whole purpose of this phone. Have a go at the shop to disperse any worries.

The colors are... moreThe screen is just the right size ewen for fat fingers as my own. 3" seems small, but it handels extremly accurate and yoz can't do anything wrong on it. The battery is great, last for well over 5 days even if you listen to the music, radio and do wi-fi.

I've heard the battery life on this phone isn't great. Does anyone own one that could confirm this? How frequently does it require charging? I'm on the brink of getting one!

I saw and handled this phone in an LG store. The colors are brilliant,bright and snappy. The resolution is breath-taking. I just wish the phone were a tad bigger; a 3.2 screen would have been enough to get me to buy it. LG, please make slightly larger phones for those of us who have big hands!
