Very good phone,anyone know when this phone will be released in Asia!
I think this phone is better than oMniaHD except for the video recording(OmniaHd of course is the best)

love, 20 Mar 2009bad battery life the battery life isn't bad, it's just less than the other players. 4h talk and 300h standbay is way enough.
i can easy trade this battery life with the 11,95mm size. don't need 1000h standby and 17mm like nokia is doing. i would also go with 200h standby if i could get 10,5mm in my pocket.

Anonymous, 16 Mar 2009Anyone know how the qwerty keyboard is on the Arena? Arena has an accelerometer for auto-rotate. Numeric keypad changes to qwerty when you lean your phone. also works for photos and videos... great

b4rt, 19 Mar 2009it's really a close copy of the iPhone3g. for me the choic... moreI em nokia 5800xm user, but this phone have nothing to do with aple-scum or any other phone, and everything is far beyond iphone you aple scamers in hardware and software far more advanced than any aple.., the only thing in this I don't like is that, it don't have OS, but anyway it have many possibilities built in it!

it's really a close copy of the iPhone3g.
for me the choice was easy: it's even a bit slimmer than the 3g and also smaller (with way better specs at half the price). (++) the display is smaller than the one on the omniaHD but ist has way more resolution (++) the omniaHD looks like and 5 year old PocketPC :-) so i've ordered the the LG two days before. :-P

if there is any phone on the market this is the closest to a unashamed COPY of the Iphone. but its still a nice bit of kit, 7/10

And when i also consider the bulky size of omnia hd (for me it is bigger than the limits) my choice is arena. But i think omnia hd is obviously better than lg arena except the size and price..

adhya, 19 Mar 2009is the color only silver?It should have two colour versions : silver and black titanium.
I prefer black titanium,it looks nicer.

There is actually a video on youtube I watched and the LG Rep stated that there will be an LG APP store available! So yes the Arena will have downloadble apps.
