try to flash(not hard reset) your phone nor apply a new firmware, it will probably solve the problem. Trust me! I would suggest the KM900AT_V10p firmware.

My LG Arena has V10p firmware, I am not sure if this firmware is officially released by the LC Company. But as far as am concern the firmware is great and doing well! all stable. The only thing that I noticed from the said firmware, the "hand writing recognition" or option was removed. Anyhow, i don't mind using it since the LG Arena has a capacitive touch screen and i don't mind using it with my thumb. Another thing is, in camera option it already has a "silent" or "no tone" for shutter, the original firmware of the Arena doesn't have a silent shutter... Best part, icons are similar to iPhone.. Cool though! THE BEST PHONE EVER HAD!!!

ykayz, 19 Jul 2010Well, I had done my reset almost 20x before but the problem... morethis is new for me.
I've never set power save n auto brightness on before.
I also minimize all display n touch setting.
my V10h works great so far except minor bug in the music player.
from now on, I set the power save on to know weather mine has same bug like yours. I tell you the result later.

woody, 18 Jul 2010V10h is the lastest official firmware version for asia regi... moreWell, I had done my reset almost 20x before but the problem is still occur. However i found the possible solution is to turn off my power save mode and switch on auto brightness mode. Suprisingly, the problem did not trigger anymore, usually the problem will happen in about after every 5hrs a day. But now im still observing.
If this is the right solution, I would assume if the phone with "power save mode" on might actually cause auto switch off("Sleep to death bugs") and the freeze on unlock screen mode.

Its exactly what happened to my Arena... I thought its only me who experienced this problem...
Moreover, my touchscreen is behaved so strange, its always misplaced the icon i touch... for example, when i touch the icon 'contact' form the upper row it will open 'profile' menu instead of contact. (icon 'profile' is 3 row below 'contact') I dont know what happened, for as far as i know, capacitive screen need no calibration, and Arena dont have any calibration menu too...

ykayz, 18 Jul 2010may i know your V10h firmware is from which country?
becau... moreV10h is the lastest official firmware version for asia region. I got it for free from my nearest LG repair centre in indonesia.
if your arena often has freeze and restart problem, try to do 3X factory reset. Read my post on 2010-06-06 to know how to do it.

because mine V10h firmware had problem that cause my phone constant auto off itself and sometimes get freeze when unlock screen.

I think thoose might because of 1 of theese, but I hope yours has no hardware defect esp the earphone connector :
-multimedia memory is full
-poor quality memory card
-often change usim card with other from different provider
if you dont mind try "reset settings" in the phone setting menu without usim & memory card inserted.
it will set all phone setting to default, but you'll loose your email data.

I have had this phone for a month now. Except for its disappointing battery performance (can drain in a day depending on usage) and very poor sunlight legibility, I highly recommend KM 900 Arena. Also note that, occasionally, the phone may hang and restart!

i just noticed, now my km900 with V10h unable to link to the mp3 song. mean if i click the music, there is no song detected! how to solve this??

I have bought the LG KM900 Arena about 4 months ago. I love the phone and its feature. The only problem that I encounter is with the phone feature itself. When I have to hit digits while on the phone, it is very long to unlock and get to the dialer pad. Sometimes too long and I lose contact. Also, When I put the phone to my hear, its hits digits all the time. Anybody could help me on this one?

i bought this phone about 2 months ago.it`s good response 2 touch has more function about NET and music transmitter by FM radio and large internal memory about 8 mgb ..it`s very nice and i called it MINI iPhone .
