well put it this way,i am on it with orange network and thank god for insurance as i am now on my 4th since september,this one now has also gone so am actually able to change it :( same probs as listed with other posts,but it was good while it lasted

If you have a new LG Arena my suggestion is, do 3X factory reset to make it free from bugs, freeze & restart problems, before you enjoy this phone. S-Class UI is cool.
If necessary, update the firmware to lastest vrsion.

The phone has many bugs including those which affect the basic functionality like sending SMS, receiving calls etc. Sometimes, it would just hang and gets no signal...

I am in Shanghai and just bought one for 1250rmb...(just under 200USD) In a big city, you can find it in most shops. If you are in a smaller city, just get it from taobao. (make sure the seller is trustworthy)
It is somewhat a problematic phone and deserves all of the bad reviews/comments. But that's why it's so cheap now. If you can live with the phone's shortcomings, then it's worth it.

If it makes your arena gets hot, surely it has poor quality.
The poor quality brands ussualy have cheaper enough price than the good brands.

after flash the firmware or call software to the version of V10h from V10e for around 2 weeks, the 1st bug here are the phone are ring n vibrate non-stop when received call. so end up i have to remove the battery to stop it. anyway so far it only happen for once. hopefully it wont happen again. or say we are waiting for more perfect firmware version. ^^

the phone always lags that's why it sucks and if someone is going to say that i don't have one infact i do have one and it always make me irritated everytime it lags when i play music
