Dr.Sherif, 10 Mar 2010Hi Woody, there are 2 problems not responding to 3X factory... moreon my fone movie maker and favourite images dont have any problem, all work well. You may try another firmware version. Be carefull if you want to change the sim card with another which has different browser setting (APN, proxy addres,etc), because in my fone it causes restart n freeze problem. There's another forum dedicated for arena user, but I rare access it, because I dont have much time for browsing:

Regarding alarms:-
1. When setting alarms, use only pre-installed ringtones in Arena (and not downloaded ringtones).
2. When setting multiple alarms, the widget alarm must be used first.
Regarding auto redial when headset is used:-
1. There is a button on the headset (behind the tiny mic hole). Pressing the button twice will dial the last number on the phone call history list. Check if it is press accidentally or the button is stuck.

the only problem i experience in arena was, even i turn off the auto redial and when the headset on its always dialng sa last number in your dialled calls

I have these problems 1) Some times while setting the alarm, it rings continuously, so you cant save the changes. 2) Alarm wont ring even if it is set and active (not always).
Any idea if it is a bug ?

My Auto redial is already turned off and it kept dial the last number whenever the headset is put on...maybe a firmware bug or what?

Try to decrease the volume from the side key during the call, it may solve the problem.

i just purshased a new arena and i always hear the voice of the mobile waves during any call . is that normal or it is a defect . knowing that it is not loudy but i can hear it .

I got this brand new phone yesterday and its great(black version). Amazing high quality video record and very good camera. Sound is fabulous with headphones. Before Arena I had iphone 2G and I sold it becouse it is annoying to sync music with iTunes all the time. With my arena it is more easier just connect to usb and use mass storage mode then transfer. I pay for it 170€, more cheaper then iPhone(without contract). I strongly recommand this phone.

Can someone have the solution how can we solve the battery problem. With this set LG is providing only 1000 mah battery, but if we see the same rank set of other company are providing 1500 mah battery. Like IPhone...
So is it possible to replace this battery with the batter one? Please someone suggest.
