Am I correct in saying that you mean go to my music library in Windows Media Player? If so, then I have songs already in this library, have then pressed the sync button, then dragged song of choise into right hand column. Above this column it shows a picture of a device with an orange arrow and says 'connect a device' and at the bottom of the column it says 'start sync'. Once I have connect my LG KP500 using the USB Cable, and then click sync again, nothing happens. having looked at the help menu it mentions to click the arow below the syn box and then select a device, but it only drops down to three choices - Refresh Device (which changes nothing), More options and Help with sync. I have Media Player version 11, and my PC is Windows XP Home Edition 2, Service Pack 2 - so is there anything that I am not doing right or is there anything that is not compatible with my phone. Should I be changing any settings in the LG PC Suite II? I have managed to successfully transfer data (phone contacts) from my phone to PC, and it also shows that phone is connected to PC.
Any further advice is greatly appreciated.

once your cd is loaded onto the computer the
>go in to your music libary
>then click 'sync'
>then click and drag the songs that you want to put on to your phone and drop it into the colum
>and then plug in your phone to the compuer using the USB cable
>then click sync
>(if it says cannot fit on to device then you need to delete some songs)

Can anyone tell me how to send music to my phone, as the instructions are very poor and only mentioned about bluetooth in detail and then state that you can use the sync cable? I have loaded CD and LPG suite but cannot see how I can transfer any music from a cd or my PC to the phone, as the 'to phone' never lights up. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Just got phone for Xmas.

im not to sure this pohne is working proberly lattly iv been to about 5 stores liek brand ones liek optus vodafone telstra and thay have said that the the batch of these are fullty
and have some seriosu problems but the ones before were fine

very nice phone, weight is light, very accurate screen pad compare to other touch screen. price is very reasonable. i love this phone..recommended!!

very good phone for its low price what i like the most in this phone is that i can hear very clear the conversations,also its easy to use , but the thing that i dont like is the battery life.

Anonymous, 24 Dec 2009i tried putting a micro sd memory card into this phone but ... morei think you should buy another sd memory card because i had the same problem.
