The whole total of this phone. This phone is very simple, yet very delicate. It has a good music player, and it has an LED flash [yes it does has flash]. The bluetooth works okay, but not the best. This phone is very light, and very sensitive. So make sure not to drop it. Does not have bugs, but sure do could cause problems. But this phone is for a very fun-kind of-way phone, so it's very simple like I said. But I do recommend you to another phone.[if you don't like incoming problems] Well try out this phone and you will like it. [very] But be very VERY careful with it. Hope this helps everyone. (:

This phone is the best phone i've had so far.. it has all the feautures i want and need and is so easy 2 use, it's kool how u can drag things onto the menu and use them as shortcuts, like the music player, i love how loud the music is. Everything about this phone is great and especially the price.

Ammar Alabadi, 30 Jul 2009I bought Kp 500 2 days a go and I got 1 problem when I go... more,, maybe your phone memory is pre full.., put all you music file on memory card and have a phone memory more space.., the one i notice in lg cookie is that when you have you phone memory semi full,, it makes the phone more laggy, restart often and hang.,,

And you have V10V software ;P NO PROBLEMS, NO RESTARTS, NO PROBLEMS WITH A MUSIC PLAYER.
