Cookie is a biscuitphone. What more can you expect for $ 229.00, buy it and regret. This is a superb phone, for the price better than a lot of Touchy phones.battery life is fantastic and camera is better than a lot of 5MP camera phones. The flash is xenon so lighting is no problem. The WIFI feature is most handy. Highly recommended to buy. Will make a good christmas present for unloved relatives. Dont buy one or two buy 20.

all of you who want or think to get this phone, dont you'll regret it is just too so laggy and not much function. think you want to have a touch screen phone? make sure it's not leggy and that you can msg comfortably with it!..

this phone may look cool but it has a HORRIBLE battery life. my phone dies after 2 hours. dont get this phone

to this comment its not the phones fault that it does that its how you actually used to the phone when you first got it. eg. did you let the phones battery completely die out before you first charged it. if so then it shouldn't be doing that but if you just started charging it staright away thats your problem. my phones batt life is fine. the phone is awesome!

No matter what folder you're in under the My Stuff, it is going to show everything that is on your phone and card. If you look closely, the items saved on the SD card have a tiny disk on the left side. So even if they are showing in your phone files, they are not saved to your phone, they are on the SD card. Deleting the song in either the memory card screen or my stuff screen deletes it from both the card and phone. So if you move the song to your SD card, it will still show in your my stuff, but it will have the little disk, and that way you know which it is actually saved to.

While I love all the options that the Cookie has to offer, after my five days of ownership, I am ready to toss it out the window. I had several issues with the internet settings, and my ISP said that they were right according to their info, and I needed to contact the manufacturer. GUESS WHAT! There is NO tech support for residents of the USA on this phone. Now the screen died, and I need to send it to LG to have it fixed/replaced under warranty, but can't, because apparently all people who use this phone supposedly live outside the US. I got this from a smaller US carrier (GCI in AK, who SUCK by the way). Hey LG, if you're going to sell it in the US, provide support!!!! Now I am out the money I spent on the phone originally, plus I have to buy a new one. If you live in the US, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!

My phones memory is nearly full.I have a memory card in there but my music is in my sounds file then I move them to the memory card so I go back and delete the songs that I transfered and then there gone from both,so I dont know what else to try

I took delivery of the Cookie around a month ago on a week-long approval through T-Mobile. At first I couldn't download from my Google account but T-Mobile CS sorted that without any fuss. I was still a touch unsure about the UI being intuitive enough for my liking but I have to say that I now love my Cookie :) It's loaded with features, is easy to use and slim and light so it will slip into a suit pocket easily. The phone works like a dream, swapping calls is faultless and the battery life is exceptional even if the charging time is longer than usual. hey, you can't have everything you know. Bluetooth works very well with my MacBook Pro and you can back up your phonebook on a card thus saving all the hassle when you upgrade. When I do upgrade from this I'm hoping LG will have something I like since while I was once a sceptic, I'm now hooked on this company.
