Then i opted for new SCANDISK 4GB mSD card, it detected well.
So there can be a same problem with you too, may be changing the Brand should help you.

Iam using for 3 years,there is no any with this mobile. I have used 9 mobiles with different brands. but kp500 is the best mobile among them. really its toooooooooooo good. It is useful for rough use also. LONG LIVE LG KP500 COOKIE.

why is it that when i used a 4GB micro sd memory. the phone doesn't read it? but when a 1GB is inserted, it can detect it and function well. according to specs it can run up to 16GB of memory micro sd. whats wrong with the unit?

kk, 13 Oct 2011how do i unlock my touch padpress the unlock button on the middle-right side of your cookie. Or use the unlock feature, just press anything on the front buttons and unlock with the screen.
Been using this phone for a loooooooong time already and it has served me very well. Slim and cheap touch phone.

i am using my lgkp500 for 1 and a half yr..and it is good..i just encounter lately about log in in yahoo messenger..the sever respond is GATEWAY TIMEOUT what does it mean? would be my lg kp500 be still back to normal?

I really like my cookie.after using it for more than one year and a half I dont have any problem with it.you cant find any better phone than this in this price range.I wish it had wifi.I hope I can buy another great lg phone in the future.
now I'm semding this comment by my cookie.I wish lg didn't discontinue it in order to many touch screen lovers who like beautiful and good featured phoods for a low price can buy it.

ladyDee, 23 Sep 2011the phone is really good but av nt been able to browse witi... morePress the bottom right dice button(on homescreen), then the second button on the right with the orange, called utilities at the top. Then press browser. Btw, the normal browser isnt that great always. If u go to m.opera.com u can get a free opera browser, which is easy to use, and quicker.

I bought this phone secondhand from someone since I can't find anyplace that sells this phone BNIB.. It's been over a year since I bought it and this has to be the best phone I've ever had my hands on.. I especially love the red stripe on this phone :D
