install mo sa pc, tapos open mo then punta ka sa or option & help then country and language choose phil.
then holla magupdate na yan to 10d, goodluck! hehe
mine is already v10d. no restart no reset, but sometimes lag, not serious problem. any phone even nokia's have this problem.

Yash, 18 Mar 2009you does not close some application properly you close ever... moreWhat u say makes sense.this could be the case. i know I sometimes typed an sms and then just closed the screen using the red/off button.But this doesnt take away the annoyance that the phone is sooo fragile!!I wonder if this error message occurs on other phones with similar applications?Thanks

Reply to Hannes..Thanx for the recommendation.The problem with this is that when i get that:max. appl error, even pressing the middle, short cut button results in the same message.
Pulling the battery out on a daily basis to reset the memory is not a solution.its a daily dose of controlling the sickeness but not curing it.I have sadly decided to give the LG kp500 phone back.So i am looking for a new touch screen.Pity!!Thanks for the response..

You can type in using the keypad(as normal)
You can use qwerty keyboard (very nice)
Or
You can use the stylus and the handwriting recognition software (can be a bit hit and miss to start with till you get used to it)

cookija, 14 Mar 2009i was searching for a kp501 pink on ebay but ended up order... moreThe KP501 series has smaller thinner buttons on each side instead of the 3 evenly sized ones. I have a KP501 and I prefer it's look to the KP500

you just press the middle button there comes a menu popped out this is showing all kinds of apps now push the button ( > ) in the right now you are in all the processes you are doing much at one ! so when this happens you just do this and pick end all

Hi.I have a very annoying problem with the LG Kp500.on a daily basis, I get a message saying Maximum applications limit reached.when this happens, my phone is basically blocked(can't sms, call or do anything).I then switch off the phone and restart it and then it works fine.This is quite annoying as there is no specific time this happens and it can happen while i am using the phone or while it's idling.Has anyone experienced this?What to do?Its a pity because I am thinking of giving the phone back!!Thanks
