It's fast and the screen is huge make it easier to watch images, vids, and browsing. The price is very reasonable and ignore the camera, it's system is like LG Renor. Great stuffs...

Looks like Cookie reboot problem is everywhere.

I hope LG will do some actions and inform us for any firmware update.
I have tried Azgaugh tips but still reboots even in standby mode. My Black cookie version is V10c, 11 days old bought at sm megamall. (5x reboot)
Overall, this fone still rocks and my kids love the touchfone features.
I will still give LG a chance to provide a firmware update and fix this bug.
To those who are planning to bring thier Cookie to LG customer service, pls. share the information and news they have to this site.
How about LG Renoir? Do they have reboot issue?

Happy New Year! I just bought LG Cookie KP500 mail order,and am eager to get my hands on it. I have been trying to find out what kind of headset it has or uses. For some reason, I can't find that info in any of the specs on any of the related sites. I has a headphone ("earbuds"), right? Is the jack standard 3.5 or proprietary?

Plus, as you have 2 standby screens (one for the widgets and another for fast dialing) you can add different wallpapers to those different screens...
Besides that, you may also change the menu view and have it on "classic" mode and on "navigation" mode (though the theme is still the same)
Really, it's not that boring...
and my cookie only rebooted 3 times in more than 2 weeks...
it's just a great phone!

Hi guys, i heard that it doesn't have any themes. Is that true? That means it cannot change any color of the screen and that's kind of boring for sometimes. Don't you think? Anyone who has this phone can you confirm about this please coz i'm planning to buy one.

I bought a LG KP500 Cookie last December 26, 2009 at SM MOA at 11,500. It only reset/restart when i'm charging the fone but only once. The battery last only 12hours at most and the latest problem I encountered today is when the battery died then after an hour I started hearing static sound on the phone even though there is no power because the battery is already empty. It only stop when I remove the battery. Any one experience this kind of problem? I will go to LG Pasig service center to fix this bullshit..

My fone hasnt restarted once and ive had it nearly a week. i have no problems with it at all.
i would suggest this fone its really easy to use as well.

my battery lasted for only almost 12 hours!
then i set it's brightness to 20% and turned on power save.
now it lasts 2 and a half days.^^,

zstsc, 03 Jan 2009sad. that's the whole thing i do, step by step. try experi... moremost of the time, it reboots even at rest. even if I aint touching/using it. it states "sim card removed. insert sim card then turn-on phone" then it shuts down automatically.
