basically, there's nothing to worry with dis phone. cool features in one device, is that nice??
but i had to admit, still, every phone have inaccuracies, so don't say that "this is the worst phone ever".
its just dat dis is not capable of things u expected as oder does..
and of course every phone cud have problems. as far as i know, der is no perfect phone, till know, and there will no be.
some phone u've said perfect is imperfectly wrong. ur just amazed wid its features and capabilities.
dat'z my opinion.

it's a sweet little phone which i've only had for a little while but my question is, do you need a memory card to be able to send and receive pictures and such? it's my only complaint with this phone, i used to own a nokia and could store heaps of pics and vids on it with no problems.

well,it's not what someone would expect from a lg phone.it has its postives, but it would be a mistake to receive a kp500.i hardly use the phone and only one month old it gives problems

i hate that i bought this phone.
cannot even play vids that is with other format.too bad for me.
and i had this phone for only a month the touch pad sensitivity is SLOWER!!!!!
the BAttery is a hell.
cam is too light depedent.
can't read youtube using WAP.
whoa! i think i need a new phone!
AND FINALLY their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

I can't Understand why many negative comments about this phone. Its a very good phone with a good price. You just need to learn how to use it. Google information online to know how it functions. Do not install programs not meant for the phone; for example trying to install GPS or other software. The battery is very good. I recharge only once a week. Anyway, be calm with the phone. My advice is that whenever there is a problem, just return to default and start over.

angry@LG, 15 Apr 2010WORST PHONE IVE EVER BOUGHT dont waste your money-lag is te... moreI agree with the point about texting, all touch screen phone can be a little tricky to text/email with but you do have stylus with cookie (The viewty lite must be the biggest disaster, supplied with NO headphones to use the radio, no stylus/usb lead/software/or screen protector!!) This phone IS good though, the video is very smooth and the screen is sharp ditto camera. For texting I like Nokia. Each phone has a different strength or weakness, but overall 9/10 for cookie 10/10 Lg pop it's cousin.

please i purchased one of the LGPK500 and it was operating all right but for sometime now the vibration is not operating in terms of me having a call for it to vibrate although i ahve set the vibration to alert but still it is not responding. so pleae what do i do then?
