Does anybody know why the kp501 has been released?
Is it to do with the software problems with the kp500 I.e. crashing while on the internet, loss of screen image and general slowness wile multipull links a open?

Had this phone since xmas its a lovely phone i love it but it did keep switching itself on and of took it in for repair and now its lovely,its the best phone ive had.

I can't agree with the other reviews - the battery life on this phone is extremely poor - I do not use it more than once a day for maybe 5 minutes, yet have to charge it every night.
The touchscreen is quite good, but it's irritating that you have to unlock it in the midst of phonecalls instead of just being able to dial as on a phone with actual buttons.
I don't like the fact that you have to go through a whole rigmaroule to transfer numbers to your SIM or handset, instead of just being able to transfer them to your phonebook via bluetooth.
The camera's quality is not good - my old phone's VGA gave a much clearer resolution and quality than the 3 megapixel camera on this phone.
All in all not a bad phone, I just seem to have gotten a dud! :P

great little phone with lots of stuff on it. and for the price of it a bargain. the screen is great and so is the touch function

I've got this phone and its superb, the touch screen is really responsive and browsing is a breeze.
The phone is almost the same as the iphone, only £600 cheaper! but the setback is that if you use it all the time,like me, you have to charge it everyday

My friend has got this cell, and i think its very cool. The color of the mobile is very attractive. I LOVE the green color most... hehehe :)
