I just bought this phone today from orange and it is brilliant the best phone i've ever had. Its easy to use, the battery life is good when you plug the headphones in it sounds awesome and really loud. I would recommend this phone to anyone who dosnt want to spend the riduclous amount for the iphone as it is a great alternative. when you get the phone i would recommend getting a memory card is it does not have that much phone memory. Only one bad point for it and thats the fact it dosnt have flash for the camers but never mind.

if the buttons are a rectangle shape you own a kp501 but if they are more square and the red button has a light over it you own a kp500

Battery aslo runns out quickly. I did charge it per instructions at the beggining, but the perfomances are very poor.
when I bought it. The box shows that its KP501, but once u check the handset info, it displays KP500. i NOW DONT KNOW IF OWN A 500 OR A 501.

ughhh this fone is terrible! no1 buy it!!! honestly
it like freezes all the time all my friends ones do to!
plus- the camera is aweful! :)
its really hard to text on, :) dotn buy it its a waste of money :)
