A: No,is not true.But my opinion, stick with your phone. you won't gain significant outcome from what you already have but again this is just my opinion. :p

A: Yes,KS20 is a good one, but which one is better?depend on what you looking for. viva doesn't have HSDPA and secondary camera but better on OS because it have WMP 6.1 and touchflo.

Somebody has told me if the phone's menu is very slow. Is it true? I currently have a Nokia 6120C, and I'm pleased with its operating speed, and I don't want to change to a worse one.

the features of the said unit is great but i have this concern. the unit suddenly shuts down and is still have to recharge the unit so it will turn on again. why is that? i just had the unit 4 months ago. please advise if i should have a change on its power saving settings or there might really be a problem on the unit. ill appreciate the honestly. frankly im a nokia user but i got interested on this lg ks20 because of its features. please advise...

A: basically,battery life is average, because this is a PDA phone so 1 day is the normal life on this phone and so is other PDA.usually i get 2 days on my normal use.usually i used it for IM,browsing, a few minute of mp2 and reply sms. i rarely use it for calling. if you use it for mp3 maybe you get more than 4 hours on full mp3 listening on your speaker phone with display off.

A: you can use your finger for dialing. because it have a large button on your screen that you can touch.but for standard phone book you normally use stylus, you can use other free app so you can use with finger.

A: On good light condition, Yes it take good picture. I don't know in your country, but here in Indonesia, they bundled it with free 1 GB of SanDisk memory card.

A: It depend on you, if you can live with NO HSDPA, NO Wifi, 3MP camera (no auto focus, no flash),Accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate, you want to use finger a lot, MUCH BETTER sound quality, than go for KP 500.
for HSDPA, Wifi, 2MP camera (auto focus+flash), NO Accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate and have to customize your phone so you can use your finger, than go for KS20. Here's the catch: you can do many customizing for phone with Operating System such as Windows, Symbian, Google.
for KS20 free apps: you can visit www.freewarepocketpc.net, www.smartphone-freeware.com and many more.

A: basically on standard windows mobile 6.0 (WM or WMP 6.0), you use stylus VERY-VERY often. In order to use finger you have to install other 3rd party softwares.
The easiest way, is to install themes + 3rd party keyboard and there's many free apps n free themes on internet that you can install on your phone.
The other way is to install many 3rd party software such as wishbar(buy),rosco(buy),flash (free),themes(buy n free),etc.. or
The HARDEST way is to upgrade to WMP 6.1 with touchflo.

even though this is not a web forum, but I'll try to answer by my knowledge, so it is not guarantee will answer your Q by the right info. well..at least i already try.. ;) and I'm not an LG fans or such.. just a regular user from Indonesia. PEACE.. :D

A: if u don't install untrusted software, and run many apps, I'm sure it won't lag. so check your available RAM. like i said earlier, this phone only have about 30-39MB available for user's RAM.

A: it required a lot of knowledge to install new ROM, and 1 important thing: it will make your phone as a brick if u don't know what your doing.
install new ROM only if u ready for the risk such as lost of guarantee, make your phone become a brick if you fail to install new ROM.
but basically u need:
* LGMDP application
* LG usb driver
* ROM file

Q: Does anyone know why my KS20 always hang??
A: you don't tell me why it become hang..please write the problem clearly.
But for others, if your phone suddenly have problem follow this step:
1. if your prob after installing new apps, try to uninstall that program.then soft reset (by turning off and on your phone again) or use 3rd party software to reset it.
2. if your prob after transferring file by any connection, maybe your phone is get infected by a virus so make sure u have a clean transfer file. try use anti virus for mobile.
3. if all doesn't work, than try to hard reset your phone. note that u will lost all data in your phone memory.so backup your data 1st, u can use active sync or other 3rd party software.
HOW i hard reset my LG?here's the trick.
1. Turn off your phone
2. hold this 3 button at the same time (down volume, call button and on/off button at the same time). hold that button for a few seconds until u see your led light up in different colors.
i hope there won't be any question about reseting anymore. :D

A: I'm not sure about the max capacity it can handle, some says 8GB is still supported. I'm only using 2GB and still have plenty room left.
