1. Cannot set new location (root directery only)for camera to keep photos.
2. File transfer service using bluetooth can not transfer files from storage card.
3. This beautifull Phone has too many bugs(Mostly phone`s function and especially many software not fully tested in term of unforeseen circumstances).

This H/P comes with a lot of problems.
1. "Hang" very frquent.
2. Wierd LED indicator. LED should blink when phone in stand by mode.
3. Hard system reset not working.
4. Not works well with Bleu tooth head set.
5. Screen tap "notification" not consistant.
6. Volume UP & Down button not work well with Window Media Player & more .....

Hi, i already join LG KS20 4 days ago. Did anyone facing "hand" problem with this model? I always get Hang and need to remove the bactery and restart again the phone.

I just bought it last weekend. Still digesting how to use it. However, i found that my LG KS20 battery running low very fast. Basically i need to charge it everyday...this is the weak point. Anothet problem i encountered is the wi-fi is not working. Can somebody advise me on the setting presedure?

can u tell details how to set ringtone as sms?
i try follow the User Guide, it does not work
1) i went to
Event: Messaging: New text messaging
2) Play sound (tick)
it does not allow me to locate mp3 ringtone, but only default set of ringtones build in
how u do it? thanks

bought this phone in greece, told by vodafone it would be in english, came in greek. i like it lots. i see many other users have asked about how to change languages. so does anyone how how to change from greek to english? email me please with solution. thanks.

does this phone have a recycle bin by default ?
If no, that means anythings delete will remove and cannot be recover

ive checked all the notifications options.... but i dunt get a incoming call notification when im in a call... as in i cant hear a beep or waeva wen i get a call waiting call... n then i jus seed like freakin 7 missed call... is this a software problem.....??? please help.! also where can i buy spare stylus?!?! i lost mine the first week!

to use mp3 as ringtone and sms.. u need to copy ur mp3 files into ur root windows folder.. then it will appear in the list of songs available in ur phone for sms...

Slow interface. When listening to an mp3 and I get an incoming call, it locks up for a while after I finish the call. If watching a film and I take an incoming call, it locks up completely and I have to remove the battery to reset it. Random crashes and lockups happen too. Metatrader 4 software and Skype chat don't connect by 3G, only by wireless. Voice Skype is impossible due to audio cutting out.
Buy something else. Anything but this pile of poo KS20.

Alot of diff comments. Not responsive, slow and hang. Can someone tell me isit worth getting compared to o2 atom or dopod 818. Which is better? Is ks 20 def better and more responsive than dopod 818? Advise pls. Dun wana regret getting it.

the battery burned fast. I wonder why. it dose not perform as well as stated.
my battery will run low in a day, with wifi and bluetooth off. Only receive less then 10 calls and maybe 30mins of the game Big2 :p. I wonder if any of my setting was wrong.
