This phone very slow n hang all the time.
Touch screen not sensitive.

I got my LG KS20 today and Love it ! , the touch screen is very responsive, the camera is very good for a 2mp, softwares great and my fav is ... how small it is ! its not a big chucnky pda its so compact (: Im very happy with my choice and glad I waited. keep up the good work LG !

KS20 photo taken not as sharp as K750 as i owned it for 3 years and i like it a lot when i bring it for tour, anyway KS20 is a PDA mobile which is good

not slow? what have u compared it to? when you use the messaging, do you use thumb? and have u d/l a 3rd party app!
The poor thing is Office functionality but it has no concern with the device(so does that go for all ppc that have office?)
have u d/l a full movie? any lagging
do you think that by having a diff shape to the htc touch it makes it look larger? lota questions but appreciate a detailed response! thanks

To everybody who's looking for actual users' reviews.
I've been using the phone for three weeks by now. I've not noticed it to be slow at all. It's not the mightiest among WM devices but it bears out its specifications.
I've got no trouble with phone/message/mail service and Office applications. The poor thing is Office functionality but it has no concern with the device. The media player is functioning well without lags or something, though I must admit that I almost don't watch video and can't judge its speed.
Speaking about the interface usability, I'd say, for me, it's quite friendly and easy to operate. VITO and PocketCM keyboards, SPB Software make touch navigation easier.
Generally, it's a cute, smart, pretty fast device for those who don't expect it to be a server in their pocket.
I'm utterly satisfied with it :)

I just bought this phone..Overall, I find the phone is okay..nice..smart & sexy phone, but it seems slow. The volume of the sound is not that loud..and I can't figure out how to change my message tone to other tones as in I want to change it to Mp3. Anyone please help?

Even with no program installed, its response of the touch panel is slow. I have to click on it for 0.5 sec for the click to responce. But of course, if I click on it for over a sec, then it becomes the "right click" which opens up another menu. So it is kind of hard to control.

do you have any idea if there's any firmware upgrade available or do we just have to wait?
and also does anyone what's the cause of the slow resonse, is it because of the low RAM in the phone or like cause by too many programs in the phone

well i have heard that lg ks 20's software is very slow and it is not a very handy and user friendly phone could some one tell me about these problems one who owns the phone and has used it please tell me about the phone and how is it in use and its price

pls someone that has owned the fone for a while or has entered a 8gb micro, reply
with the 8gig micro will it be slow? also with firware upgrades will it be able to handle 8gig?

Yes, the phone response is kind of slow, it is actually slower than O2 Atom. But remember when O2 Atom first came out, it was worse. After several firmware upgrade, the problem was fixed. I am hoping for the same for the KS20.

Have to say that the FM radio reception is compatible with Nokia phones which is much better than the HTC Cruise and O2 Atom.

for the person below me, to change it to english, you press on the four dots button ::
then after that, a wheel button (means settings.) In that category, there will be a nother wheel button, press on there. and you will see Language ( Aa icon) press on there to change the system's language.
