Such a rubbish phone i work for optus and we get these in for service all the time whether they bought it from our shop or not. The phone is discontinued with Optus on our side as they have given customers so many problems on average one out of 3 sold get brought back not to mention all the ones we got that werent bought from our shop. I would look at the service tray at the back and it would be full of bloody websliders. Ridiculous. As for the problems lcd issues like lines appearing on the screen then turning off on its own. Throw it in the bin. I nearly quit my job how many complaints i got from this phone one customer threw it in my face at the shop wanting his money back.

Hi,
Very nice phone but... Does anyone know where I can get LG's PC Software from (so I can manage/transfer address book and maybe calander from my PC). My wife has this phone (unlocked, no CD-ROM when purchased, using in Vodafone) and needs to transfer her contacts from her previous phone (Blackberry). Bluetooth transfer of the complete address book doesn't work (a known LG problem!), and rather that having to re-enter a LOAD of contacts manually into the KS360 I was hoping to do so with some form of LG software. Any thoughts? I think LG used to offer sofware calle PC Suite or PC Sync... but I can't seem to find them anywhere :(

Does anybody know who is doing the black and red version? as it looks pretty nifty! we sell the the black and blue one at CPW, but it doesnt look as nice?

Hello there,
i'm looking at the LG KS360 and have a question about the syncronising of mails.
- I want to use IMAP do you have any experience?
- When I'm in the office, is it possible to syncronise the mails from my computer (USB)

I also traded the Lg shine for this phone and so far i love it! the only problem is that it may not be as strong as the shine becasue i do drop phones alot and the slider isn't as resistant but i love it!

There is defiantly MSN on the orange version... if you go on messages and the third down says 'Orange messenger" click on this and then register your account and then go from there x

its a nice phone im looking to buy one but the only thing that lets it down is the two megapixel camera

just got this phone and loving it, its a decent mid range phone and can handle most of your tech needs.
I traded the LG SHINE for the KS360 and the KS360 by far out shines the SHINE.
with the exclusion of a flash for the camera, the KS360 is far better than the SHINE in battery power and wap surfing.

ive had this phone for a couple of months now and it really is the best. but im having a small problem. when i go to send a msg to multiple ppl it wont work. it jus wont send n i go to send another te4xt it says sending in process even tho it wont show up in my outbox. can any one help me??

i just recently got a s360 and i downoaded mixt onto it ut i cant enter the pin when prompted to do so. i called mixt and they said its propabaly the phone

no sorry mate this device cannot on the internet via wireless router because it has no WiFi

on the computer it says that... moreDo you have the correct PC software installed? If so, you should get an option when you open it to make copies of files rather than just viewing them.
If it still doesn't work I would try reinstalling the software and then speaking with the manufacturer.
It is also posssible to get your computer to recognise the phone as a folder and then choose the 'open with' option for files. This way you may be able to 'save as' and create a duplicate of the file on your computer with a different name.
You could also just try emailing the stuff directly to your computer.
