Overall the phone is excellent value for money, however I have had the phone freeze and turn itself off about 3 times in the space of 4 months of use. Adjusting the battery contact has helped. The browser is crap and slow so install opera mini and it is pretty fast. Video clips can be a bit choppy at parts, however for sms and emails it is excellent. I will be keeping this phone until the upgrade one comes. Well worth the $199 price tag in OZ shame we dont get a colour choice.

Hi,
I have the exact same question as Opal... I am 13 years old and in Australia but the phone only come in black and red but i really want a blue one. i want to buy this phone with my christmas money an i was wondering when it is coming in other colours in autralia,

Hey I live in Australia and would love to buy the LG KS 360 with my Xmas money. But in Australia we only have the red and black. Does any1 know if Australia is getting the soft pink and white? Because I really don't like the red and black. Also is this phone worth buying?

Got this phone 3 days ago, on Orange PAYG Dolphin price plan.
..Pros..
It looks good and the slide is nice and smooth.
The mp3 player is loud enough and sounds good.
You can use mp3's for your ring tone.
The radio works well and has good reception, even for me living in the sticks.
I have downloaded many new games for it which all work great.
The keyboard takes a little getting used to, but i'm sure by the time i've send my 500th sms i'll be texting as fast as i was on my old nokia 5300 lol
MSN works well and fast enough concidering it isn't 3g.
Costs 5p per msg sent, or £1 a day, or £5 a month to use msn.
You also have access to bebo, myspace, facebook all for free with the dolphin price plan
Battery life seems much better than my old phone.
..Cons..
Cant delete the demo games.
As far as I know you cannot use your own sms tone :(
It can be a pain when making a call and having to press numbers during the call.
Browser isnt great but you can download opera which works great.

I had bought my LG KS 360 on Wednesday the 17th and had to take it back on Thursday the 18th.
When inserting the memory card it keeps saying Format error! I have tried another memory card and still, Format error. Then not wanting to, but had to i did format the card. Lost all my photos, music, videos ect. And still, Format error. Till that time i was already cross.
I decided to leave it at that, but by night time i wanted to send a Sms. The lights keeps on going black, so it is hard to actually see what you are typing. The other minor problem is that the phone locks every 10 sec...
I went back the following morning very unsatisfied... They told me they will take the phone in and will contact me in 4 days. I am very disappointed having to pay for the phone, only had it a day already with problems, and now with no phone...
I really think that the phone is not made for the adult and is more a play phone for the younger generation.
I am very unhappy with the phone and would like my money back.

phoneguy88, 17 Dec 2008is it possible to get internet and mms setting for vodafone... morei work for cust services for vodafone see if you just phone up for a manual configuration for a ks360 theyll do the next model up. it wont be exact but good enough settings to make the handset work.
