Lg is not the best of lg phones because it does not support whats app nd the battery is not strong and there is a problem with downloading

i just got this phone today and when i turned it on its in a whole another language that i dont know and im trying to get it over to english any suggestions?

Considering it is a 2400 modem I find it frustrating it only runs at 460.8kbps. This makes it very hard accessing and maintaining internet connection. NOT HAPPY JAN!

I have used and still using the phone,i know is not the best lg phones but u will enjoy the phone if u know how to operate it ....

Bad phone....cant upload photos because it cant allow read and write by any application
also has the slowest internet connection though i dint expect much since its 2G

Can someone please help me?
When I go on to Facebook on this phone it doesn't allow me to type in the log in sections, also the Fn button doesn't light up when I am on Facebook either. Is there a way I have to turn that function on or should it just automatically come up?
