it is the most stupid ideea to put a touchscreen screen only for dialing... with out that... the phone is ok:D

I got this phone about 2 months ago and one day I was using it good and next thing it turns off and won't turn on...it was a pretty good phone but when your texting it will shut off...i don't know what happened?? Any ideas why it wont turn on?? I miss using it... :(
