to the regulars here,
i would like to ask if the phone really have a hardware for 3g modem and really is up to 384 kbps. can someone testify on this one and what was the actual speed using this phone as a modem? i am currently using nokia 3110c as my modem before i was able to use the edge network using smart however now i lost the edge signal now i am on gprs. too bad for me. hehehe.
another question - did someone already tried and run using this under ubuntu linux?

p.s. by the way, is this also similar to lg ku380 right? same hardware and config but form factor is different (candy bar vs slide).

Hi I just got this phone but the manual is in Chinese!

LG master or any other who can help me.
I just bought this, but the manual is in Malay and Chinese. Please advise how I can get hold of an English manual.
Also as somebody has asked already how do I get the date and time on the display screen.
Agree it looks rather dull but features seem to be powerful for the price.

To LG Master. . .
My Laptop has a Bluetooth device, and a Bluetooth software (IVT BlueSoleil). When I search for devices, it detects my LG KU250, but when I use the Service Discovery feature, it says "failed". So I can't transfer games via Bluetooth. I also tried using the USB Cable and I already installed the LG PC Suite. When I press Contents, I can see the My Music, My Videos, and My Images folder but the Others folder is missing so I still can't transfer games. When I try to transfer a .jar game to My Music folder, it says "You can't transfer a .jar filename to My Music folder". Same thing happens when I try to transfer it to My Videos or My Images folder.

Your laptop must have a Bluetooth device, or just try to connect the 2 with the use of the usb cable, or unless, it is with ku250 that has a problem,

To LG Master. . .
My laptop can't detect my LG KU250 phone via Bluetooth. I tried restarting my laptop, and it didn't work either. I turned my Bluetooth on and off and nothing seems to be working...
any suggestions??

Great phone with a lot of features for a small amount of money , great choice for the bestbuy lookers not influenced by fashion or high-tech phones that cost a few times more but offer similar features , i got mine for something like 50 euros and another 5 for a 1gb card , extremly pleased

-Im only using 1G MicroSD. So far, i did'nt encounter any shutting down problem. The stored capacity of a KU250 is only 10mb

- To enhance the sound, don't turn the volume, max, this will help out the cracking sound of the audio.

-Yes, it can do multi-tasking, just press the button on the top of the call button.

According to Specifications there should be 1000entries in the phone book.But my phone has 5ΘΘ. CAMERA also supports 1280*960. No way of activating A2DP. Can not
Log into Yahoo mail due to no html browser.Thanks
