To anyone:
I have a Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones before. 1 feature I'm missing with this phone is edit before call feature. As a globe subscriber to activate the .10c/rate, you need to put a prefix of 232+your phone number to dial. Any alternatives?

i think u better try not to use ur external memory.
remove it and check if the shutting down happens or not.

-Well, i'm also experiencing that problem, but, for only a single or double time. Maybe, the unit itself have a problem, just return it to the place that where you purchase it or check it to the costumer service center,

-I think the problem is on the camera itself try to take to the costumer service center and let them check for you. It should be free.

LG Master:
My phone is only 3 months old. I am using a 2 gb memory card. I've barely taken up 1/4 of the memory space. and YET, the unit keeps on shutting down for no apparent reason. average shutdown rate per day is 3-4 times! and it doesn't shut down while i'm using it. I use it, then leave it on my bed, desk, or locker, then when i come back, it's turned off already. to turn it on, i'd have to take the battery out, replace it, then press the 'on' button. my friend who owns the same unit is experiencing the same thing... what could possibly be wrong? please advise.T_T

to be able to access gprs one must need the help of the network operator
for example mine is:
service name:myGlobe Connect
Homepage:http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp
Connection mode:TCP with proxy
IP address:203.177.042.214
Proxy server port:8080
Security:not secure
Access point:myGlobe CONNECT
***for ph and must be globe user
for 3g one must change the profile from
myGlobe Connect to myGlobe Stream

Please tell me how to setting GPRS in LG KU 250. Because I have problem about it, I can't browsing Internet and I can't using my 3G too.

to whom it may concern...
i tried many times to dl a games powered by globe.. but always come out the
"CSP error" message.
what can i do to solve or to avoid this problem of mine?
i would like to have games in my unit..

sir, do you know if I may ask about the setting in video of KU250? My friend's unit doesnt save alterations in the settings done prior to capturing the video. We've set the phone to night mode, max brightness, powersave off and the imageviewer are nice and bright but after pressing the button to shoot, the picture becomes dim and after checking the settings were all back to default.
I hope you can enlighten me with it. Thank you

change the setting in USB connection.
maybe ur setting now is 'Data Service'.
it should be 'Mass Storage'.

LG Master please help. Just got my lgku250 unit and i went to zedge. successfully downloaded games & wallpapers but when i get to actually download it on my unit, i always get an error message: INVALID DESCRIPTOR. What is wrong with my phone? pls advise. thanks a lot!

I just got my KU250 but it doesn't come with USB cable.
Is the LG Vx8550 USB data cable compatible with the one needed for this phone?

i agree with some of my friend told about,LG KU250 message tone can't play longer than 10 second. Can it play for one song.
