    fon is cool, im quite satisfied with it.. there are some things that disappoints me, (1)fon is slow when loading files from the micro sd card, i put in 512mb, anybody here now what is the maximum external mem it can support...(2) no preinstalled games thanks!

        my mom just bought one w/ complete accessories.. I am wondering why some people doesn't get the phone with complete accessories.. maybe you should complain if your package is incomplete or maybe try to buy on a new store with complete accessories so you will have no problems finding the headset and software. :)

          -how long does the battery life last?2 days?3days?
          -about the sms texting capacity,is it only limited to 160 characters?
          -is the phone durable?i mean, can it last for one to two years even if you often drop it?

            The Phone Rocks... I already enjoyed its features. Though I am disappointed because When I buy the unit around 2 weeks ago in globe it have no free headset. But I learned that new releases from Globe already have a free headset. When I called LG Hotline they said that The First Batched of LG Phones have no free headset and I should call GLOBE if they can give me one if not then I will buy my headset from which will be available this August in LG offices ......Grrrrrrrrr...

            Anyway to transfer files easily from PC to your LG PHONE using the USB set first your
            phone to MASS STORAGE & you can transfer any files from your PC to PHONE even without installing the PC SUITE buy 1GB & 2GB to enjoy more musics/videos/pics & games in your phone :)

            TEXT TWIST, TOM & JERRY, CAVEMAN,METALSLUG, RAGNAROKMERCHANT,SK8TRIX,SKATE & SLAM, SPRUCEMAN, WAX, YETISPORTS, YOYO FIGHTER, ZOYS RESCUE 1 & 2 are some of the games I tested and working

            maybe we should start a yahoo group for all LG KU250 users in the Philippines to share some info & files for our Phone

              i bought my LG this july and i enjoyed using it. its really one of the phones that i can say that's worth every cent of your money. overall performance and functionality i give it a 9/10... hope the next version would have a fm tuner and a xenon flash for pictures.

                I have this phone since june from globe.it has very good features,naeenjoy ako sa mp3 coz it has memory upt 2G kaya lang walang headset.To those who are planning to use this as a modem for Globe wireless internet HWAG NYO N PO ITRY.Globe charge .15cents/kbps download. Well I have surfed a total od 38 mins.I was able to check my email and viewed my friendster account but guess how much globe charged me. a whoooping 659 pesos.So damn unfair!

                  to all those who are having a problem in the LG PC Suite 2 downloaded in SMART website and the USB cable, i sorted buying a bluetooth device. eventhough in buying it, you need to test it first if it is compatible to the phone. luckily i found Corega bluetooth USB dongle model BTUSBO1. i don't have a problem anymore in transferring files. i also bought a cheap microSD with 2.0GB and ,voila, i have a lot of memory to store my music and pictures :)re headset, 1st week pa raw ng august available yon mismo sa LG Electronics sa Maybunga, Pasig amounting to around 500.00. But after listening to my music using the built-in speaker of the phone, the sounds are crisp and i think i don't badly need the headset as of now. In rating the LG KU250, I give the phone a 9/10 for its functionality and affordability. hassle nga lang yung compatibility nya sa mga accessories na available sa market na nangyari sa akin for the 1st few days of having it. eventhough, i strongly recommend buying this phone :)

                    i subscribe the plan 800 from Globe. Great deal and cheaper...

                    Please help, can i ask how can i configure as a modem for my laptop?
                    I already did this instruction until now, wala pa akong na-rereceive...

                    Get the correct settings on your phone:

                    1. To get the correct settings for your handset, simply text the following keywords to 2951 for free settings

                    · For myGlobe Connect (GPRS) settings, text GO

                    · For myGlobe Internet settings, text INTERNET (for Postpaid), INET (for Prepaid)

                    2. You will receive the settings via text (SMS)

                    3. Please save the settings on your phone

                      ilang gig yun microsd mo? try to format it using a memory card reader. dont quick format it. use FAT/FAT16 when formatting it.

                      @Gemz

                      use the pcsuite to transfer music files to your microsd. if you dont have the pcsuite, you can use card reader to transfer your music files into your microsd.

                            running games

                            1. find games that have a resolution of 176x220 to fit to the phone's screen. Games with resolutions other than the one I mentioned, hindi magiging maganda sa screen mo kasi either malaki or maliit sa screen.

                            2. Then transfer it on the external memory (memory card), and put it on the OTHERS folder. Temporary lang yang location na yan hanggang sa ma-install mo yung game sa cellphone mo.

                            3. when transferred, install the game by running it. Install it on the EXTERNAL MEMORY (memory card) and not on the phone memory or else mauubos ang phone memory mo.

                            4. when the installation is complete, go back to the OTHERS folders where you put the JAR/JAVA game and you can delete it since you installed it na.

                            5. the installation files of the games are now in the GAMES AND APPLICATIONS folder of your memory card. dont delete this. Or else, it will be like uninstalling it.

                              Does anybody know how to upload games? I downloaded some from http://gallery.mobile9.com/c/lg-ku250-software_1124/ but it didn't work when I saved it in my memory card. I saved it in the "Games & Applications" folder. The files are saved as ".jar"

                              Can anybody help? I don't know much about this phone.. just got mine last week. Thanks.

                                Yes, we can. I'm using 1GB microSD and it works perfectly. And they say it supports up to 2GB.

                                  the phone is indeed a GSM (gumagana sa manila). here in tarlac where cell sites are scarce, the KU250 has difficulty receiving the signal. My Motorola E1 rokr has better reception capability. maybe that is the only weak point I observed, and it is very important.

                                    I bought mine from Globe and guess what - it has a headset. My wife and daughter also got their KU250s last week from Globe and they didn't get theirs. So now my daughter is using the headset. Maybe they provide units with headsets for new subscribers.

                                      yup! diz fone iz rili cool! i am enjoying now my downloaded mp3/mp4 when set to maximum its sound volume control, but have to look first as well for that headset. i've heard it could only be purchase in their head ofc, right guyz?

                                        To QUERY,

                                        We had the same problem on making the phone as a modem in connecting to the internet..
                                        Brought it up to Smart Center and they simply told me that IT DEPENDS ON THE COMPUTER YOU ARE USING!!! The stupidest kind of answer i got..
                                        Anyways, if thats really the truth, if others really got it connected, then lets just hope and pray that LG or SMART will release a PC Suite compatible to all computers..
