I've purchased the phone from Vodafone Romania yesterday and i like the design very much,the menu is very simple and also very poor.the phone doesn't have themes and i don.t know if and how to change the softkeys.Is there someone who can help me with the softkeys problem??

i'm currently using 9300 Nokia, rather a great phone though...
but i kinda like this lg black label series, but...a lot of people sayin that this is bad phone...
i'm from indonesia by the way..

Purchased this phone on the 11/05/07 at All Phones Sydney QVB and had to return it on 14/05/07 as it would not accept calls. The phone would also randomly shut itself down and I am still waiting to recieve my replacement... even with LG's immediate replacement policy. My advice, forget this phone. Yeah looks good but thats about it. Battery life is also poor, 1.5 days max. LG thanks for nothing.

so they added the 3g n took out the card slot. y do they do that? that completely suck. wth are you going to do with 512mb. weakkkkkkk. great design though i must say.

I've been told by a supplier that the battery life is poor. Approximately about a day. It would be a great phone if it had a card slot availability.

For playing the music in background u can use the multitasking key (side Menu key). It's a long key (keep it pressed for sometime). This would enable you to see all running applications on the phone. You can go to Main Menu, spawn the player and then go to Main Menu again. This would keep the player in background. Enjoy!!

TO the person who asked about playing music in the background:
I'm not sure if this works with KU970, but it works with my KE970. When your phone ins in mp3 mode, try pressing the mp3 button on the side. Your phone will put the mp3 into the background and ou can message and do almost anyhting else. Except make a call or use the camera etc.

i love the look of the phone, but having a memory card would definitey tip the scales in favor of this phone. its annoying having to plug your phone into a pc just to download music and/or pics onto it. at least with a memory card you dont hav 2 install the LG software onto multiple PCs.

does anybody know how to play the music player in the background ?it says you can on the review but i cant find this feature anywhere thanks.
